I am a psycho-spiritual psychotherapist, spiritual teacher, and published author. I studied with some of the leading figures of Western psychology, as well as with spiritual teachers and masters. I am the Founder-Director of The Center for Human Awakening and the founder of Sacred Attention Therapy (SAT), a radical new approach to healing and personal growth for the 21st century. I lecture on psycho-spiritual themes on my YouTube channel and conduct online trainings and courses through the SAT website. Broadly in spiritual teachings there are exotic and esoteric teachings. The exoteric are concerned with morality, behavior, and social interactions. The esoteric are concerned with Eternal Truth. From the perspective of the exoteric, past lives have some credence because there is a central belief in individual existence. From the perspective of the esoteric, past lives have no meaning because everything is Consciousness.

You are a spiritual teacher and a psychotherapist. Is there not some conflict there?

None at all. In order to arrive at an authentic meeting with spirit it’s essential that we work through our personal psychology. Therapy and spirituality meet in what has been known as transpersonal or psycho-spiritual psychology. In my work it is known as the Way of Sacred Attention.
