Francine Ducharme “I like the fact that this book offers so much, in big and small things, to use, try or understand if you want to increase your happiness and wellbeing one step at a time. And, it's fun!!!!

All the ideas and tips offered are realistic, pragmatic and interesting. It makes me realise that being happy starts by DOING happy, that everything counts and adds up. And all the links to the web, apps and videos are a very fun way to try new things. Ingrid did an awesome research that I will benefit at the tips of my fingers!

There are a lot of books on happiness these days, but Ingrid's approach is different: pragmatic, fun, down to earth, credible, not preachy. And knowing Ingrid, I know she really does what she says! I can't wait to start on this new journey to HAPPY!
