My First Book Signing
I did my first self-arranged book signing this weekend at a local Christmas bazaar.
Although it wasn't geared toward my target market-readers-it was a good experience and helped me practice my "pitch".
Lots of interest and lots of recognition from a recent newspaper article. That was fun!
I did sign several books and also made contacts with local writers' groups.
So all in all, a success! :)

Now Available
The Truth About Melissa: A Soul Mate Experiment is now available for all to read. The past few days I have gone from wanting to throw up to jumping with excitement. This is when the self-doubt kicks in: 'is it any good?' 'will people hate it?' 'will I be laughed at?'
I feel like I'm the lead in a play and I go on stage to deliver my lines, look down, and I am naked. Everyone goes quiet and stares.
This has been a long journey and all I can do now is accept that The Truth About Melissa is out there and there is nothing I can do about it now. Except go get dressed! :)
