I did my first self-arranged book signing this weekend at a local Christmas bazaar.
Although it wasn't geared toward my target market-readers-it was a good experience and helped me practice my "pitch".
Lots of interest and lots of recognition from a recent newspaper article. That was fun!
I did sign several books and also made contacts with local writers' groups.
So all in all, a success! :)
