Crop Circles
This is a recent crop circle Andy and I visited on 9 July 2026 at Mere, Wiltshire, UK which appeared a few days earlier during our Pioneering New Consciousness Retreat.
Crop circles are intricate patterns formed by flattening crops, typically found in agricultural fields. They have sparked various theories regarding their origins.
One explanation is that they are caused by humans using simple tools such as ropes and boards. They are created as pranks or for artistic expression and some people have claimed that they have done this themselves. While this may account for some crop circles the one we visited had no sign of someone entering each untouched circle to create it. Also the barley is extremely brittle from several weeks without rain and when walking on upright barley it snaps and tends to spread in different directions. Yet each stalk of barley in the circle was bent at the base and flattened in the same direction. While this is a smaller one, some crop circles can be over an acre in size and appear overnight.
Another theory is they are natural phenomena caused by events like meteorological conditions, but there is no scientific evidence to support. And the day of our visit was one day of extended sunny weather with no other weather disturbance to account for it.
Perhaps crop circles are the result of alien activity such as the marks left by their craft landing on earth. Whilst it is possible some crop circles are caused by this there is no consistency of shape as all crop circles are different, and it does not explain the way the barley if uniformly flattened.
Perhaps it is caused by energy projected by Being of Light to wake people up to the reality of the power of energy and their presence. This explains why all crop circles are different, the way the barley is bent and flattened as energy gently strokes it flat. Another interesting aspect is the amazing residual energy left in the crop circle after its creation that many people find uplifting, and different circles and different energies.
Over 80% of crop circles are in a small area in Wiltshire between Glastonbury, the heart chakra of the planer, and Stonehenge, the most prominant prehistoric spiritual site in England. This area has had an unprecedented number of crop circles in July. The increased number of crop circles coincides to the unique planetary alinement we haven’t seen in 13,000 years including the recent Barbault Basket alignment. Could these different crop circles be signs and messages for our changing consciousness?
We invite you to watch the short video made by Reena at the Mere crop circle. We were joined by two of our students from the Pioneering New Consciousness retreat. Students have their energy sensitivity enhanced significantly and are taught how to tune into the consciousness of various energies. Hear what they had to say and see the details of the crop circle yourself.
Have you had any experiences with or at crop circles? Please feel free to share, or ask questions, below.

The Power of the Mind in Healing
Mr Wright was dying from cancer of the lymph nodes. Orange-size tumours had invaded his neck, groin, chest and abdomen, and his doctors had exhausted all available treatments. Nevertheless, Mr. Wright was confident that a new anticancer drug called Krebiozen would cure him according to a report by psychologist Bruno Klopfer of the University of California in Los Angeles, entitled 'Psychological Variables in Human Cancer'.1
Mr. Wright was bedridden and fighting for each breath when he received his first injection. But three days later he was cheerfully ambling around the unit, joking with the nurses. His tumours had shrunk by half, and after 10 more days of treatment he was discharged from the hospital. And yet the other patients in the hospital who had received Krebiozen showed no improvement.
Over the next two months, however, Mr. Wright became troubled by press reports questioning the efficacy of Krebiozen and suffered a relapse. His doctors decided to lie to him: an improved, doubly effective version of the drug was due to arrive the next day, they told him. Mr. Wright was ecstatic. The doctors then gave him an injection that contained not one molecule of the drug, and he improved even more than he had the last time. Soon he walked out of the hospital symptom-free. He remained healthy until two months later, when, after reading reports that exposed Krebiozen as worthless, he died within days.
As Mr. Wright’s experience illustrates, a persona expectations and beliefs can greatly affect the course of an illness. When psychological factors tied to an inactive substance such as Krebiozen lead to recovery, doctors call the improvement a placebo effect. And when a psychological factor causes a health issue it is called a nocebo effect
As dramatic this case was about the power of the mind in healing, it worth looking as some research to established that this is applicable to the wider public.
An example is a research study carried out by orthopedic surgeon Bruce Moseley who compared the effects of genuine and placebo surgery on 180 patients with knee osteoarthritis. The real treatment involved a standard arthroscopic surgical procedure, whereas the fake treatment involved a small, superficial skin incision behind the knee (made to appear as though they received surgery). Despite receiving a sham procedure, the placebo group experienced the same reductions in pain and improvements in knee function as those who underwent real surgery. Importantly, both groups were blind to the nature of the treatment they had received until 24 months after the trial 2
These case studies do not mean that all health issues are just from the power of the mind. Health is far more complex, but it does suggest how powerful our thoughts are for overall health. Some tips to help are;
Look after the basics first by having a healthy lifestyle covering the food eaten, lowering life style toxins, reducing stress and clearing old emotional wounds. This give grounds to challenge negative expectations and cultivate positive ones such as “I won’t get sick. I’m doing all the right things, so I have the best chance of staying well”. Any progress allows for further thoughts of hope and optimism, forming a positive feedback loop with psychological inertia. It enables people to be active agents shaping their destiny, rather than passive victims awaiting an inevitable demise.
With health issues be as fully informed as possible before making decisions. Information can come from many sources including medical doctors, holistic practitioners, books on the subject and the internet. Sometimes the information may be in conflict and that could lead to confusion. The power of the internet can help. So, for example, if turmeric was being considered to strengthen the immune system against cancer you could type into the search engine or into an AI tool "turmeric cancer research" and several medical research studies would be presented with evidence of its effectiveness, and they would point out it was more powerful if combined with black pepper and taken with a meal containing fat because turmeric is not a water soluble supplement.
Information from the wisdom of the universe can be tapped into. This can be done with kinesiology (involuntary finger or arm movement) or by using a pendulum to find out the cause of a health problem or the approach to take. For those without pendulum skills a free course is available here.
Sometimes with this approach when an important decision needs to be made its helpful to have an independent therapist to confirm it.
Have friends who can provide social support with a positive non judgement attitude and able to say for example, “Your doing the right things so you will make it through”.
What do you think? We would love to hear your thoughts on this topic below.

Managing the High Vibrations Coming into Earth
Earth and humanity are currently being bombarded by very high energy vibrations that are shifting the collective consciousness. As the human body adjusts to hold these new vibrations there may be short term physical symptoms that we need to manage.
Extreme Tiredness
An indicator is struggling to get out of bed after a full night of sleep, or falling asleep in the middle of the afternoon. This is caused by the energy shifting throughout the whole spiritual body. This will pass but each person has a different time frame. For some it can be weeks, for others months. Drinking at least 2 litres of water to hydrate the cells to hold the higher vibrations, light exercises like walking or yoga will help the new energies circulate the body, and eating light meals with organic food will help.
Amplified Emotions
Everything is being amplified, both the positive any negative emotions. Also, as souls we have brought with us all the unresolved personal issues from past lives to have the opportunity at this special time to clear them and be ready for a quantum shift in consciousness. Some of these emotions can be cleared using self-help techniques available in books and the internet. Deeper emotions particularly ones that have a repetitive nature may need the help of therapists
Flu Like Symptoms
These are caused by the physical body's reaction to the toxins released when chakras begin to expand. Whatever was constricting or congesting them is flushed through the blood. If this happens rest more because what is happening is a major shift in vibration and the symptoms will quickly pass.
Look After your Body
There may be cravings for certain natural foods, or going off favourite foods from the past. This is normal and a part of the change to the higher vibration. If you find this happening, listen to your body as you explore new food possibilities. Generally, try and eat more natural unprocessed food rather the ultra-processed food like ready meals and vegetable oils, and take probiotics to improve gut health, and intermittent fasting if it is appropriate to improve the immune system.
Eczema or other skin problems may develop. This is the body with the new energy becoming more sensitive to certain foods. Eliminate the likely ones such as peanuts, diary, porridge and potatoes and when the eczema reduces, slowly introduce the food again but in small quantities. Alternatively if you can use a pendulum this can speed up the process to establish which food to entirely eliminate and which to just reduce.
External Energies
Being diligent with energy management is important because discarnate spirits, the consciousness of people who have died but remained earthbound, are being shaken by the new energies coming into Earth and often find the loving energy of people a suitable home.
Symptoms of a spirit attachment include headaches, being low in energy, increased personal emotions, thoughts that do not feel yours, memory and concentration problems.
If you can use a pendulum this is a useful tool to confirm if you have a spirit attachment. Alternatively, Andy Tomlinson offers free energy health checks.

Judgement
When Claire was four years old she aways wanted to be a ballerina. One day her mother brought her a fairy outfit and later Claire put it on and wanted to surprise her mother with her version of being a ballerina. Her mother just watched and when the show was over just laughed and turned to her friend and said she was hopeless and would never be a ballerina. The emotional wound from that is something Claire carried into adulthood about not being good enough.
But it's not just children that are hurt by judgements, adults are as well. It is for this reason that the training of managers in corporate is to judge behaviours or actions and not the person themselves and take action about the unwanted behaviours or action. And needing to judge this is important for many aspects of life such as teachers judging students work, a manager judging an employee doing a job, or even in family or in personal relationships having agreement or how the other person behaves is a foundation to being able to harmoniously co exists.
A US colleague called Michael Newton was a pioneer and author of spiritual between lives regression told me while doing his research clients come to his house to explore soul memories. On one occasion while waiting for a subject to appear he heard a loud noise outside his house. Looking out of his window he saw a man dressed in leathers with Hells Angels marking who was parking his motor bicycle. When he came to the door Michael made a judgment about him as a person and thought he had come to the wrong house. Eventually he had his soul regression and it turned out that Dan in the Hells Angel jacket was an evolved soul who's earthy job was to counsel long distance lorry drivers with their life issues and his appearance enabled him to fit into this environment.
Unless we know the soul intent of a person its very easy to make a mistake on judging other by their appearance.
John was walking down the street and saw a young child standing in the middle of the street and then a wild haired woman ran to the child, picking up the child as it screamed and ran to the other side of the road.
Was the woman the child's mother rescuing them from being run over, or was she in the process of kidnapping the child? Just by watching a behaviour or persons action a wrong judgement can be made. In this case we would need to know the intent of a person to make a correct judgement. The problem with wrong judgements is they are based on inadequate information and it can be hurtful to the other person and may impact their career.
Perhaps rather than always judging others by their outworld appearance and actions we can look at from an energetic perspective. Does a person we are with raise our energy vibrations or lower it. Do they add energy to us or lower it. Then we can make a decision of either being with them more often, or creating a barrier of having less time with them. Or accepting they are on a different path and thank them for whatever life learning we have had from them, detach and allow space for others to fill the space that have the right energy vibration.
So perhaps reflect over the last few weeks any personal judgement you have made about other people, perhaps those with less power than you, or those you cannot control such as politicians or members of pressure groups. Even if it was not expressed to the person directly having the judgment thought programs a duality in our mind. And then consider what you want to do in the future?
Who in your life is drawing energy from you or lowering your energy vibration because they are holding negative energies such as fear, anger or depression and not working through them. What action about the situation do you want to make?
What do you think about judgement? We would delight in hearing your opinions below.

Near Death Experiences with the Blind
Vicki Umipeg was prematurely born at 22 weeks, weighing 3 pounds. Her optic nerve was damaged due to high oxygen in the incubator, resulting in complete blindness. She had no visual experiences, no awareness of light whatsoever.
At the age of 22, she was thrown out of a car in Seattle, resulting in severe injuries—skull fractures, concussion, and injuries to her neck, back, and leg.
While being rescued in the hospital, she found herself leaving her body and floating to the ceiling. Below she saw a male doctor and a woman working on her body. She could overhear their conversation which had to do with their fear of possible damage to Vicki's eardrum and that she could become deaf as well as blind. Vicki tried desperately to communicate to them that she was fine, but drew no response. She was also aware of seeing a body below which she recognized as her own by certain identifying features such as a distinctive wedding ring she was wearing.
And then she was flooded with information of a spiritual nature as well as scientific and mathematical knowledge. She came to understand languages she didn't know. All this overwhelmed and astonished her.
Vicki had a complete panoramic review of her life, and as she watched a being of light gently commented to help her understand the significance of her actions and their repercussions. The last thing Vicki remembered once the life review had been completed are the words, "You have to leave now." She then experienced "a sickening thud" like a roller-coaster going backwards and found herself back in her body, feeling heavy and full of pain.1
Vicki was the research subject of Dr. Jeffrey Long, a practicing radiation oncologist in Kentucky. Long has dedicated more than 25 years to studying near-death experiences. Another of his cases was Brad Barrow.
Brad was a 33-year-old man living in Connecticut who had a near-death experience when he was only 8 years old. At the time he was a student at the Boston Centre for Blind Children and had contracted a severe case of pneumonia and eventually had severe breathing difficulties. Afterward, he was told by nurses that his heart had stopped, apparently for at least four minutes, and that cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) had been necessary to save his life.
Brad remembered that when he couldn't breathe and he felt himself lifting up from the bed and floated through the room toward the ceiling and was able to see his lifeless body below on the bed. He also saw his blind roommate get up from his bed and leave the room to get help. This was later confirmed by his roommate.
Brad then found himself rapidly going upward through the ceilings of the building until he was above the roof. He noticed that the sky was cloudy and dark. There had been a snowstorm the day before, and Brad could see snow everywhere except for the streets, which were still slushy. Finally, he recognized a playground used by the children of his school and a particular hill he used to climb nearby.
He said " I could suddenly notice them and see them. .. . I remember . . . being able to see quite clearly."
Brad encountered what appeared to be a man who he didn't recognize but emanated an overwhelming love. The man without a word gently nudged Brad backward, initiating a reversal of his experience and ending with his finding himself in bed, gasping for air attended by two nurses. Brad, like Vicki, has been blind from birth.
While millions of people have had near death experiences those who have been blind represent competing evidence that that consciousness can exists outside the brain at least for the duration of the experience and is not located in the brain. Perhaps the brain is more like a TV that converts a program all around us like consciousness into a picture to be viewed.

The Power of Gratitude
When Janes’s mother died unexpectedly she was consumed with grief and loss, and found thoughts about the death difficult to shut off. Then she tried something that felt almost trivial: writing down three things she was grateful for each night. Initially she focused on her time with her mum and them extended it into other areas of her life. Within a few weeks she started feeling less sad and her days began to look a little brighter. Gratitude did not erase her grief but changed the way her mind processed it.
Marie woke up every night between 12.30 and 1.30 a.m. and could not sleep again for 3-4 hours her head full of worries. She started gratitude exercises and considered items around such as her warm blanket, the books she enjoyed reading, the roof over her head. She realised that there are so many things she could be grateful for and had forgotten. After that she was delighted to sleep though the night without difficulty.
Dr. Nicholas Kerry and his team of Penn's Positive Psychology Center in 2023 reviewed forty-four research articles focusing on gratitude and life satisfaction. They found people who feel more gratitude tend to be more satisfied with life. Some examples are;
Gratitude and resilience
Gratitude can boost emotional resilience by focusing on positive things in life instead of toxic emotions like envy, jealousy, resentment, and anxiety. (McCanlies et al., 2018)
Gratitude for stress
Committing to a daily gratitude practice reduces negative emotions and provide a natural stress detox for the mind and body. (McCraty & Childre, 2004).
Gratitude and anxiety
Gratitude practice reduced symptoms of death anxiety, and help people become less fearful of the future (Lau & Cheng, 2011).
Gratitude reduces pain
Gratitude may reduce feelings of pain by regulating dopamine levels (Emmons & McCullough, 2003).
Gratitude improves immunity
Gratitude has demonstrated that individuals who have higher levels of gratitude have fewer common health complaints such as headaches, digestion problems, infections, dizziness, congestion, and sleep problems (Hazlett et al., 2021).
Gratitude improves sleep
Hypothalamic regulation triggered by gratitude helps us get deeper and healthier sleep naturally every day. Gratitude and kindness help promote better sleep and energetic mornings (Zahn et al., 2009).
Gratitude reduces depression and negative emotions
By reducing stress hormones and managing the autonomic nervous system functions, gratitude significantly reduces symptoms of depression (Emmons & McCullough, 2003).
At the neurochemical level, feelings of gratitude are associated with an increase in the neural modulation of the prefrontal cortex, the brain site responsible for managing negative emotions like guilt, shame, and violence (Emmons & McCullough, 2003).
As a result, people who have a regular gratitude practice may be more empathetic and positive-minded.
It seems gratitude activates brain circuits for reward and connection, release feel-good chemicals—dopamine and serotonin—and reduce stress, making people feel healthier and happier. Each time a person practices gratitude, the brain becomes less stuck in survival mode and more able to shift into clearer, calmer thinking. It interrupts negative thinking loops and helps the brain transition from survival mode into problem-solving mode.
When people take time to write down what they’re thankful for, they’re not just making a list they are training their attention. This practice helps the mind shift away from its natural focus on unhelpful emotions toward experiences that feel more positive, which calms the nervous system. Focused attention using gratitude is especially powerful in the minutes before sleep, when the mind is drifting, and the brain is transitioning into a lighter, slower-wave activity. A short note of gratitude before bed becomes a gentle training exercise for the mind.
Gratitude works like any other wellness habit. The more you consistently practice it, the more your mind and body begin to respond.
At the end the day write down three things you feel grateful for. They may be things you would otherwise take for granted such as a roof over your head or being in a warm room. It can be as simple as acknowledging your favourite meal or running into an old friend.
After you’ve written your items of gratitude, take a moment to reflect on them.
Other suggestions are;
Write a detailed letter expressing deep thanks to someone who has positively affected your life. And you could even take it further by reading it to them in person or over the phone.
Take a few minutes to imagine what your life would be like without something you currently take for granted—your job, your pet, or a supportive friend. The temporary loss of a good thing reinforces how important it is to you.
In addition to listing things you feel grateful for, choose one positive event from the day and spend a full minute thinking about it. To embed the memory more deeply in your brain’s emotional and reward centres, focus on where you were, what you smelled, who was there, and how you felt.
Small Shifts, Lasting Change
Although gratitude did not remove Janes’s grief, it gave her a way to live with it without being overwhelmed. It allowed her to relax enough to feel a little more optimistic and a little less anxious each morning. For Marie was focusing on what she had rather that anxiety about the future.
In a world filled with stress and uncertainty, these small shifts are important.

Start the Change Within using Crystals
The new vibrations coming into the planet are amplifying both our physical body and our emotions. So, if we have happiness or joy in our life this is amplified. If we are carrying unresolved emotional wounds from the past such as anger, fear, powerfulness, guilt or shame these too will be amplified. If they keep repeating themselves this may be may be a life lesson that needs to be resolved but until then the unwanted emotional energy can be cleared. Also unwanted thoughts that may have absorbed for the consciousness of humanity through social or main stream media and also some spirit attachments.
This is an easy technique that anyone can do using a pendulum and is based on the work of Christine McBride in the book Transforming the Eternal Soul. No special pendulum skill is needed.
If you don't have a pendulum you need to purchase one from the internet or from a new age shop. A clear crystal pendulum is needed and allow yourself to be intuitively drawn to the one to buy.
The pendulum needs to be energetically cleaned before use because the crystal can pick up various unwanted energies. A simple way is to hold it in your hand and make the intent for energy from "Source" to energetically clean the crystal in your hand. Alternatively, you can hold the pendulum crystal under water from a tap for a minute while making the intent for the water to clean the pendulum.
Hold the pendulum and take a moment to connect with it as if reconnecting with an old friend who is ready, able and willing to help you. Ask to connect the pendulum to 'Source'.
For clearing make your intention clear such as "My intention is to loosen up, transmute and release whatever is causing the blockage or imbalance in ____ (the specified chakra), which may be corrected quickly and safely at this time."
There are seven energy chakras :
crown chakra - top of the head
third eye chakra - between your eyes
throat chakra - throat
heart chakra - heart
solar plexus - just above the belly button
sacral chakra - below the belly button
base chakra - bottom of the body
Hold the pendulum approximately two inches above each chakra and allow it to move freely. When it becomes still the work is complete.
If the pendulum does not remain on a chakra then a more focused and powerful process is to work with each of the energy layers of the chakra.
There are four energy levels;
etheric layer - close to the body
mental layer - a few inches from the body
emotional layer - several inches from the body
spiritual layer - arms length from the body
Repeat step 4 and 5 for each layer.
Such as "My intention is to loosen up, transmute and release whatever is causing the blockage or imbalance in ____ (the specified chakra), on the ____ (specified level), which may be corrected quickly and safely at this time."
You can also adjust the height at which you are holding the pendulum above the chakra so that it is in the specified level of the aura. Note that the distances from the body are very approximate.
This method should clear low vibrational thought-forms, discarnate entities and other energetic attachments such as your own stuck and contracted emotional energy. It is a natural and automatic process that unfolds as a consequence of the strong flow of energy created by the moving crystal pendulum. This rapidly flowing, high-vibrational energy may dislodge discarnate entities that are then naturally drawn to that dimension of light that resonates with their level of development. Alternatively, with regard to congested emotional energy and low vibrational thought-forms, the light energy raises their level of vibration higher and higher until they are transformed.

Terminal Lucidity - Parallels in the Experiences between Humans and Animals
Terminal lucidity happens when people who are in a coma or are experiencing Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other conditions where the brain is not working normally become completely lucid for hours or days just before they die. They have a full memory and know who they are talking to and can reminisce on past experiences. It has been reported in the medical literature over the past 250 years but has received little attention.
An example was reported by Michael Nahm a German biologist and parapsychologist in Archives of Gerontology and Geriatrics and the second in the National Library of Medicine.
"An elderly woman who suffered from the Alzheimer’s disease for 15 years and was cared for by her daughter. The woman was unresponsive for years and showed no sign of recognizing her daughter or anybody else. However, a few minutes before she died, she started a normal conversation with her daughter, an experience for which the daughter was unprepared and which left her utterly confused."
"Anna Katharina Ehmer, was a 26-year-old woman with severe mental disabilities who lived in an institution for people with mental disorders, and who had allegedly never spoken a single word during her life. Yet, she was reported to have sung dying songs for a half hour before she died. The case was reported by the head of this institution and by its chief physician."
British neuropsychiatrist Peter Fenwick reported in the Journal of Palliative Care
"A woman in a nursing home with severe spinal fusion and was able to only look down to the floor for several years noticed one day with surprise that she was able to look out of her room window for the first time – and died soon after."
As amazing as these experiences are animals have appeared to show terminal lucidity too. A number of cases were collected by Rupert Sheldrake and colleagues published in the Journal of Scientific Exploration. One was about a cat and the other about a dog.
"My cat Cleo was dying, and I was sitting with her. She was nearly comatose, not moving, her eyes glazed over unseeing. Her legs were very cold. This state had been progressing upon her for days, and because of the coldness of her legs, I felt she might be very close. But I was just sitting there, mostly, not even really petting her. Suddenly she woke up. She put her paw upon my hand and gazed into my eyes with intensity. She was saying goodbye to me. That was perfectly clear. Within an hour, she had passed."
"My pet was a six-year-old Chihuahua that developed a brain tumour. He was basically out of it, did not respond to my wife or me, and was having occasional convulsions. The night before, he was to be put down at the vet for a brief time, for about 30 minutes he was completely normal. He jumped up in my lap, wanted to play like everything was normal, then went to my wife and did the same thing. All of this happened in about a 30-minute time frame, and then he went back into “out of it and convulsing.” We told the vet about this, and he said he had never heard of this before and that the dog would not recover. Anyway, that did happen, and my wife and I believe he was saying goodbye."
Vincent and Margret Gaddis in the book The Strange World of Animals and Pets reported a similar case.
"During the prime of its days, tomcat Pussy was taught by the couple who kept him to hold out a paw to shake hands. As Pussy grew older, he suffered from severe chronic dysentery and had to be put down. When the vet arrived, the cat dragged himself out of his basket, walked straight to its sorrowful keepers, and held out his paw to each of them in turn. He then crept back into his basket, buried his head in his paws, and awaited his fate."
This seems to indicate similarities between the consciousness of humans and animals that consciousness exists outside the body and that the brain acts as a transmitter. But how would this explain the woman with spinal fusion able to move her head just before dying.
A clue may come from our own observations during between lives regressions. This involves very deep hypnosis so the body is totally immobile and the client is guided through a past life death and into the soul memories of their consciousness. Speech often has a long delay in response to navigation questions. Yet at a point when the regression reaches a particular part of their soul memories the encounter often causes the clients arms to move in communicating information and to talk quickly. But this is not the person coming out of deep hypnosis because when the regression finishes it may take up to ten minutes for them to regain physical movement and their blood flow to increase following the deep trace. It seems that the high vibration of the client's soul consciousness can raise the vibrations of their physical body and transform it.
Could it be that a very high vibrational part of soul consciousness of those close to death provides the energy and drive for terminal lucidity? We have also found in our retreats when the consciousness of the participants is raised with very high vibrational energy for a week the most remarkable life changing events can happen including being more intuitive, heart-centred, and developing a deep inner knowing that can become part of everyday life.

Change the Energy Around to Change Within
Quantum physics describes the universe as nothing more than vibrating energy. And the human body and our emotions are just vibrating energy too, a little like water can be in the form or ice or water vapour. And around our body is an energy field called the aura that can be impacted by external energies. This can be fear or shame that is projected by social and mainstream media about important topics that are happening around the world such as wars, financial stability and health issues. Or hatred that projected between the divisions of different groups, such as political ones or those with different ideological views.
One way of reducing this energy is to stop it. Perhaps an energy detox for two weeks can be planned by stopping all social and main feeds and instead walking in nature or doing hobbies that require being in the moment, such as painting, gardening or similar. And then starting very carefully allowing information into your energy field by focusing on the energy vibration of the information and how it makes you feel rather than the content and perhaps finding new sources of information with a different energy.
One of the things you will notice when you walk in nature is just how peaceful it is and how uplifted you feel doing it. This is because you are in the pure consciousness of trees and countryside. This is in sharp contrast to the energy you will notice when in cities that are busy with people, or in a crowd or traveling on public transport or in busy offices. This because you are surrounded by the consciousness of others who have their own life issues lowering the vibrations of their consciousness. And this is what you fill feel.
Those that practice energy protection will be less impacted but the pure clean energy of nature can be recreated for the home or workplace with the help of crystals. They have the property to act as a receiver and transmitter of vibrational energy if correctly selected and energised.
You will need four small quartz clear crystal and a larger clear quartz crystal. They can be purchased on the internet or from any new age shop.
First, the crystals will need to be energetically cleared. A simple way is under running water for a few minutes after making the intent for the water to clean the crystals. One way to word it is 'With higher permission, I would like the water to energetically clear these crystals'.
Then hold the larger crystal in your hand and charge it to either the sun or moon with intent. 'With higher permission,I would like to charge this crystal with the energy of the sun' (or moon, whichever is in your highest good).
Then hold the smaller and larger crystals together in one hand to energetically connected them. 'With higher permission I would like to be energetically connect these crystals together'.
Then place the larger crystal in the centre of the room or house or your work place, and place the other 4 crystals around the edge of the room or house. They will be permanently energetically connected and will create an energy area enclosed by the perimeter crystals. No further work is needed after this.
But just raising the energy around us is just a part of the change needed for a more positive life. The other part is to look within and change our life style, emotions and thoughts to allow us to fully live in a more fulfilling way and move towards a New Earth and New Consciousness.

Breakthrough After the Breakdown
Dr. David Hawkins in his book Power vs Force – The Hidden Determinants of Human Behaviour conducted a study where he measured the energy fields of consciousness with seventeen different emotions. The three emotions that recorded the lowest numbers were shame, guilt and despair. Surprising fear was the fifth lowest. The emotions that recorded the highest numbers were enlightenment, peace, joy and love.
So threatening negotiation stances, shaming ideologies and guilt-ridden narratives have a big effect in lowing our vibration and controlling us to conform into someone else's agenda.
As humans we are social creatures. So, to fit into social constructs we tend to create social standards for ourselves and for society. We build our identity around these standards. Then we are either judged or tend to judge others based on those social standards. Most will hold on tightly to these standards because when those standards threatened our standing in society (or reputation), way of life, as well as our identity is threatened. These days, even our income can be threatened.
To break away we may face harsh judgements by members of our family, social group and close-knit society in general. it may feel we will lose everything – our reputation, money, home and friends.
It takes absolute courage for a person to let go of everything that they are used to and has made them comfortable. It takes true empowerment to stand up against the pressures of societies’ threats, judgements and punishments and follow one’s heart.
However, the rewards in doing this are immeasurable. New people will quickly come into our life. They will her accepted you for who you are without prejudice or judgement from their own standards. This is a path to enlightenment and living in our authentic essence, as opposed to trying into the mould and standards that others impose on us. It leads to peace with the new group of people we are happy spending time with who mostly share our values and beliefs.
To reach something new, first there is a break-down.
I had a client who had ten years of her self-worth being meticulously stripped from her by a husband through emotional and mental abuse for him to exert complete control over her. She took the brave step of moving out and filing for divorce. Before she made the decision, she was very nervous and did not know what to expect. She was scared of the unknown yet was not happy with the known. Also, the cultural views of her extended family was to stay in the relationship. Yet she found the inner strength, faced the situation, and followed her heart. After doing this she said, “I feel peace. I can never go back to him.”
The divorce was proving to be stressful, but she persevered with it. This is part of the break down too. Every break down is painful, stressful, frightening and one doubts oneself as familiar, comforting structures crash around. It takes courage and resilience to hold onto a new vision and proceed through the breakdown. The guiding light that we can all hold onto in a situation like this is hope. Where there is peace, joy, calm, and if one perseveres illumination.
During the breakdown process, we get to see what it is we resonate with. We get to see what makes our hearts expand and what makes our heart contract. This could be situations, relationships, people, ideologies, belief systems and social conditioning. We then take a little time to grieve over the letting go of what does not resonate, and move towards what does resonance with us.
So, we need to hold our resonance and move towards the consciousness we love without faltering and not give into threats, fear, shaming or guilt that comes with following our hearts.
From both a global and personal perspective we are going through this breakdown now. So, now is the time for us to decide what consciousness we want to be in? Do we wish to continue the old narrative and hang on to the old belief systems embracing a life style of guilt, shame, despair and fear? Or do we wish to move forward towards a consciousness of illumination, enlightenment, peace, joy, and love?
It is not about what is right or wrong. It is a soul choice.
If we decide to move to the new, we have to hold onto that vision, accept there will be a shaking period until there is a breakthrough and we can move into the New Consciousness.
We are all in this together.
