Breakthrough After the Breakdown

Dr. David Hawkins in his book Power vs Force – The Hidden Determinants of Human Behaviour conducted a study where he measured the energy fields of consciousness with seventeen different emotions. The three emotions that recorded the lowest numbers were shame, guilt and despair. Surprising fear was the fifth lowest. The emotions that recorded the highest numbers were enlightenment, peace, joy and love.

So threatening negotiation stances, shaming ideologies and guilt-ridden narratives have a big effect in lowing our vibration and controlling us to conform into someone else's agenda.

As humans we are social creatures. So, to fit into social constructs we tend to create social standards for ourselves and for society. We build our identity around these standards. Then we are either judged or tend to judge others based on those social standards. Most will hold on tightly to these standards because when those standards threatened our standing in society (or reputation), way of life, as well as our identity is threatened. These days, even our income can be threatened.

To break away we may face harsh judgements by members of our family, social group and close-knit society in general. it may feel we will lose everything – our reputation, money, home and friends.

It takes absolute courage for a person to let go of everything that they are used to and has made them comfortable. It takes true empowerment to stand up against the pressures of societies’ threats, judgements and punishments and follow one’s heart.

However, the rewards in doing this are immeasurable. New people will quickly come into our life. They will her accepted you for who you are without prejudice or judgement from their own standards. This is a path to enlightenment and living in our authentic essence, as opposed to trying into the mould and standards that others impose on us. It leads to peace with the new group of people we are happy spending time with who mostly share our values and beliefs.

To reach something new, first there is a break-down.

I had a client who had ten years of her self-worth being meticulously stripped from her by a husband through emotional and mental abuse for him to exert complete control over her. She took the brave step of moving out and filing for divorce. Before she made the decision, she was very nervous and did not know what to expect. She was scared of the unknown yet was not happy with the known. Also, the cultural views of her extended family was to stay in the relationship. Yet she found the inner strength, faced the situation, and followed her heart. After doing this she said, “I feel peace. I can never go back to him.”

The divorce was proving to be stressful, but she persevered with it. This is part of the break down too. Every break down is painful, stressful, frightening and one doubts oneself as familiar, comforting structures crash around. It takes courage and resilience to hold onto a new vision and proceed through the breakdown. The guiding light that we can all hold onto in a situation like this is hope. Where there is peace, joy, calm, and if one perseveres illumination.

During the breakdown process, we get to see what it is we resonate with. We get to see what makes our hearts expand and what makes our heart contract. This could be situations, relationships, people, ideologies, belief systems and social conditioning. We then take a little time to grieve over the letting go of what does not resonate, and move towards what does resonance with us.

So, we need to hold our resonance and move towards the consciousness we love without faltering and not give into threats, fear, shaming or guilt that comes with following our hearts.

From both a global and personal perspective we are going through this breakdown now. So, now is the time for us to decide what consciousness we want to be in? Do we wish to continue the old narrative and hang on to the old belief systems embracing a life style of guilt, shame, despair and fear? Or do we wish to move forward towards a consciousness of illumination, enlightenment, peace, joy, and love?

It is not about what is right or wrong. It is a soul choice.

If we decide to move to the new, we have to hold onto that vision, accept there will be a shaking period until there is a breakthrough and we can move into the New Consciousness.

We are all in this together.

Consciousness Between Lives - Loss of a Loved One

The loss of a loved one has always been a time of grief for those left behind. When death has been gradual, and those around know that death approaches, it allows the conscious mind a period of adjustment that often helps reduce the intensity of the grieving period. This article will look at what happens to the soul of the departed person from a spiritual perspective.

More and more people are aware of past life regression. When clients are taken to a deeper level of hypnosis what appears to be soul memories between lives come to conscious awareness. Called Life Between Lives regression, and is based on the pioneering work of the psychologist Joel Whitton, Dr. Michael Newton and contributions I have made. Over 10,000 ordinary people from many cultures around the world have experienced similar events in the afterlife through life between lives regressions, including the moment of death and the time right after, a past life review, meeting wise spirits of light, and planning the next life.

“The soul has to have physicality in order to experience emotions and deepen its wisdom”

To really understand a spiritual perspective, we have to think of ourselves as energy beings. In the spirit realms the soul is in a place of unconditional love and doesn’t have the opportunity to experience anything different. Having physicality gives it an opportunity to experience emotions and deepen its wisdom. A metaphor can be used to explain what happens: It is as if the incarnating soul is one of the old fashioned divers with a brass helmet and an air pipe connecting to the mother ship. The diver is lowered into a spot on the seabed to explore and although the dive is pre-planned, the diver has free will in exploring the seabed. The air pipe is like our intuition connecting our earthly presence with our higher self. When the experience is finished the diver returns and brings back the knowledge and experiences to the mother ship. So at some point after the past life the incarnating soul energy re-joins its higher self and brings back the learning from the life.

“Sometimes departing souls are drawn to the grief of loved ones and even try and communicate to them”

Immediately after a past life death most clients report floating out of their physical body and usually express a sudden sense of lightness and freedom, and sometimes the death scene is observed for a while with an air of detachment.

A life between lives excerpt to illustrate this is from a client I’ll call Ben Cook who found himself in a past life of a First World War British soldier dressed in kaki and waiting in a trench. It was a cold damp morning and he could hear gunfire and bombs going off all around him.  At exactly 7 o’clock a voice shouted, ‘fix bayonets’. He could see grim faces around him as he found himself climbing up a ladder out of the trench and advancing. Suddenly he felt a pain in the chest (The therapists questions are in italics):

I feel as though I’m lifting.

Are you able to look down and see the body?

God, it’s in a mess.

Just describe what you can see.

It’s just lying in the mud, where it was hit.

Are there any other bodies around you?

Oh yes. Oh yes. Just a massacre.

Do you feel drawn to stay or do you move on?

Oh, I can’t move on yet. I’m just taking in all this carnage. It’s terrible. What purpose? The pain’s stopped though. Thank goodness. No pain. No pain!

What other things are happening?

Just stillness and quiet, and it’s a pleasant feeling really. I can see little dots of light.

Do you move towards these lights?

A little bit, and I know I can’t stop here. I just want to watch what they do with the body. It’s put on a stretcher. Somebody’s fiddling around with it and they take it away. There is a big trench, and they are throwing us all in. Half a dozen of us, and they just bury us. It’s the end, isn’t it? That’s it.

Are you able to leave now?

Um … I just see little lights in the distance.

What’s happening to you now?

I’m just getting energised. It’s like someone plugging me into the electricity. Plugging me into some energy. It’s a nice feeling and I don’t want to leave … A rest they call it, but this can’t be rest. It’s lovely!

Have they taken away any energy?

It’s like some dirty energy’s gone. I feel lovely now.

The purpose of Ben’s healing was to remove the negative emotions from his traumatic death so his soul energy can return to its normal vibration. Sometimes departing souls are drawn to the grief of loved ones and even try and communicate to them. This is why it’s helpful for those left behind to encourage the departing soul to leave so they can receive healing and the release of any dense emotional energy they may be carrying.

Prior to incarnation, the soul itself has determined the many different issues that it wishes to experience. Some of these selected experiences may prove so traumatic to the physical body that they cause energetic blockages within it. Until they are released that energy block is like a magnet. For example the issues associated with an energy block that says, ‘I am unworthy’ and not resolved in one lifetime will go though into the next. Any experience that triggers, ‘I am unworthy’, builds on the original energy block until it gets bigger and bigger. It is like a magnet, attracting all of the, ‘I am unworthy’ sensations, until its been released. Sometimes the energy block becomes too much for the physical form to hold and the person gives up on life.

“Suicide is apparently one of the worst situations we can face in the spirit realms yet our spirit guide is still loving and caring and anxious to help, but the issues will have to be faced again”

The way suicide is viewed from the spiritual world comes from a life between lives transcript of a client I’ll call Liam Thompson. He reports immediately on leaving his body after his suicide that he meets his spirit guide who is, ‘shaking his head’. His concern seems even more justified when he realises that this is part of a repeating pattern that has continued into his current life (The therapists questions are in italics):

I need to go and discuss what’s happened.

Do you know who you’re going to meet?

My spirit guide. He’s standing with his arms crossed, shaking his head. I’m like the little pupil and he’s the teacher. He’s got a long beard and a long white gown. He’s full of love and warmth, but at the same time he’s strict. He’s been my guide for a number of lives now.

Does he talk to you telepathically?

Yes. Well, it’s more than telepathy, it’s feelings as well, it’s everything. I can see inside his mind and he can see inside mine, except he can keep certain things from me. I’m still learning how to do that.

Tell me what happens.

He’s asking me why I always take the easy way out. I have a problem with facing problems.

What do you say?

I’m sick of doing these really hard lives.

Is he giving you any advice?

He tells me I need to stop thinking about things so much. I need to just learn to live, instead of being so introverted. I need to experience the world around me, rather than just experiencing the world within me. I’m my own worst enemy. Whatever I feel inside me, I project onto the world around. Most situations aren’t as bad as they seem, but I seem to make them harder.

Does your guide say anything else to you at this point?

He knows I need to have a rest for a bit…. and he’s projecting love as well.

This account is hardly a serious judgment from on high. Despite his frankness, the spirit guide is still loving and caring and also anxious to help. Planning the next life requires great care to avoid an unhelpful pattern of suicides. One of the strategies involves planning the next life to have a loving family and be close to nature so that the wonderful life experience teaches the positive value of life. The issues will have to be faced again, but can involve a number of lives that grow in difficulty. Sometimes a spirit guide may reincarnate in close proximity as a relative or close friend to provide support. One client discovered during her life between lives regression that the spiritual information she received from the regression had been pre-planned. It was to give her a spiritual perspective following the death of her husband and to help break a pattern of two previous suicides following the loss of loved one.

Life between lives soul memory testimony is consistent from thousands of people. The strength lies in that it comes from ordinary men and women from all the cultures of the world. It lets us know that each life has a purpose and death rather than be something to be feared it is simply a step on a journey of deepening our wisdom.

Life between lives is explored in more depth in Exploring the Eternal Soul by Andy and in our new book Between Lives

A New Consciousness is Born

Earth is being bombarded by very high vibrations and is shifting its consciousness. And because people’s consciousness is part of the Earth, we need to shift to be in resonance.

A lot of things are being brought to the surface that had been previously hidden. They are being brought to the forefront of our awareness so that we can see exactly what’s been happening and can make our own decision whether we want to continue to stay in the old consciousness or move to the new.

We can see the evidence around us. From the growing corruption of politicians, the greed of global multinationals and the continuous creation of conflicts for the benefit of the military arms producers.

In the cities mass shooting and violence are increasing. The old consciousness is coming to an end and those that wish to hold onto to it will find it just gets harder, and harder.

What will Living in the New Consciousness be Like

It is about people understanding that we are divine and that we can actually do quite a lot with the Earth and with the energies of the Earth that we haven’t been able to tap into for such a long time.

It is quite hard to say what every body's life is going to be like in the New Consciousness because we are still thinking from the perspective of the old one. It’s almost like a baby being born, you have to be born first before you start to grow and develop.

We’ve been conditioned by the old consciousness, in our education, what friends say, the jobs we have had and what the media says. Part of the shift is letting go of all of this which is really hard to do, like giving birth. It can be a little painful but once the birth is finished, we can start to grow and nourish.

Perhaps a few examples from our Pioneering New Consciousness training workshops will help because we have access to the energies of the New Consciousness and it will give you an idea of how things can be different. In the workshop we play with the New Consciousness energies and embrace them.

Some students may use energies for healing diseases or illness energetically, which are all fundamentally energy problems. If you raise the vibration of the area affected in the right way it speeds up the body’s ability to heal naturally.

A dramatic example of this was during one of the workshops with a student who had a prostate problem. For a number of years whenever he went to the toilet, he had incredible pain passing water. There was a point in the workshop when students worked in pairs using the New Consciousness energies to resolve a physical problem. He asked his colleague to work on his prostate and half an hour later he went to the toilet and was pain free. The session took 2-3 minutes and was a remarkable demonstration how powerful these energies are.

One student from a different country was single when she came to the workshop. Because she was in the high vibration in the workshop everything within her shifted. Afterwards she went off on a weekend retreat, fell in love with a soul mate, got married and now has a family. She credits the shift of her energies from the New Consciousness for this big change in her life.

Another example of using the New Conscious energies is a student who is also an artist and is now putting energies into an artwork. Each picture for a particular client with the right energy for them so when they look at the picture, they feel the energy.

Another student manufactures leather notebooks and is doing a similar thing with them. Authors have put the energy into the words of the books as they write to reach people that way. A singer can use singing as a way of passing the high vibrations in songs. People have their own unique skills and different ways of using these energies.

Working with the New Consciousness is different than Reiki when the sender is a passive recipient of the Reiki energies that are coming through them to the client. With New Consciousness energies we are the ones who find out what the person needs intuitively and then use the appropriate energy to help them. We are the active ones and this is again part of moving into the New Consciousness.

It’s also about embracing what’s real and breaking away from the illusions of the old consciousness. For example, with the way we consume things maybe we do not need latest fashion as much as we think. It’s focusing on the things that are real.

Recognising and Mastering Ego

Our ego is our natural sense of self that places us in the centre of our own universe. Blindly following our ego is an easy trap to fall into. We become a prisoner, unaware of our self-induced captivity and how it separates us from harmonious relationships with others.

Recognising Ego

The first step to winning the battle against our ego is to recognizing ego driven thoughts and actions that we are often unaware of. It can be brought to our attention by feedback from those that have our welfare at heart or life events.

Here are some signs that you have an ego problem:

You are a poor listener. You are slow to hear, and quick to speak.
You get defensive when someone gives you feedback. This can take the form of over rationalising a situation. The tendency is to “forget” evidence and information which does not support your thinking and to “remember” evidence and information which does.
You want others to do things for you, but you hesitate to do things for others.
You do not try to understand or empathize with people who disagree with you. When you argue, your goal isn’t to understand and connect with people. Your goal is to prove you are right.
You mistakenly think that your opinion is the same as it being true.
When in a disagreement with another person you like to have the last say.
You would rather hear things you agree with, rather than hear things that challenge you.
Your first instinct is to criticize; your last instinct is to encourage.
You see life through a narrow lens, and everything fits in it. You are blind to things outside this lens.

 Starting to Master Ego

Controlling our ego doesn’t mean weakness or meekness. It means being humble about our strengths and honest about our weaknesses. It means letting people know our vulnerabilities and recognizing we are not always right. It means respectfully considering the perspectives and interests of others. It means seeking feedback and using it to get better. It means serving and supporting others, not just yourself.

The fight against self-centred ego is not a trivial battle, but understanding our thoughts and actions that come from our ego and determination to change are two important steps. And once mastered be vigilant as it can try and creep back.

The Mysteries of Consciousness

Traditional views are that the brain creates consciousness. But more information is emerging that challenge this view.

In July 2007, a 44-year-old French man went to a hospital complaining of a mild weakness in his left leg. When doctors learned that the man had a spinal shunt removed when he was 14, they performed numerous scans of his head. What they discovered was a huge fluid-filled chamber occupying most of the space in his skull, leaving little more than a thin sheet of actual brain tissue. It was a case of hydrocephalus, literally—water on the brain. Dr. Lionel Feuillet of Hôpital de la Timone in Marseille was quoted as saying, “The images were most unusual ... the brain was virtually absent.” The patient was a married father of two children and worked as a civil servant apparently leading a normal life, despite having a cranium filled with spinal fluid and very little brain tissue.

This was reported in Reuters Science News entitled, “Tiny brain no obstacle to French civil servant.” An analysis of more than 600 cases of children with hydrocephalus by John Lorber, a British neurologist, found that of the 60 cases where fluid took up 95 percent of the skull, around 30 had above average IQs. One college student with a 1 mm thick brain who had a 126 IQ, placing him in the top 5 percent of the higher end of the population. While initially disbelieved, Lorber’s observations have since been independently confirmed by clinicians in France and Brazil.

These cases of people without brains challenge the conventional teachings that brain structure is the basis for generating consciousness. Another area of transplants is doing the same.

“When he hugged me I could feel my son,” recounted Jerry’s mother. “He was there.”

When Jerry was 16 months old, he tragically drowned. His heart was transplanted into Carter, a 7-month-old boy with congenital heart disease. Years later, when Jerry’s mother, a physician and self-proclaimed “natural born sceptic,” met Carter, she was struck by similarities to her son. “Carter is 6 years old,” she observed, “but he was talking Jerry’s baby talk and playing with my nose just like Jerry did.”

Carter’s mother also witnessed extraordinary behaviours in her son after the heart transplant. “I saw Carter go to her,” she reported, referring to Jerry’s mother. “He never does that. He is very, very shy, but he went to her just like he used to run to me when he was a baby. When he whispered ‘It’s okay, Mama,’ I broke down. He called her mother.”

Even more astonishing was Carter’s reaction to Jerry’s father. “When we went to church together, Carter had never met Jerry’s father,” she explained. “We came late, and Jerry’s dad was sitting with a group of people in the middle of the congregation. Carter let go of my hand and ran right to that man. He climbed on his lap, hugged him, and said ‘Daddy.’ We were flabbergasted. How could he have known him? Why did he call him dad?”

Paul Pearsall, a clinical neuropsychologist at the University of Hawaii, and Gary Schwartz and Linda Russek, from the departments of psychology and medicine at the University of Arizona, Tucson, first documented Jerry and Carter’s cases. Research in their study was based on more than 74 organ transplantation cases, including 23 heart transplants, brought to Pearsall’s attention over a 10 year span. He found that organ recipients sometimes adopt traits of the donors, including preferences, emotions, personality characteristics, memories, and even aspects of identity. Pearsall’s study design was thorough, incorporating interviews with the transplant recipients, their social circles, and close contacts of the donor

Other areas of research examining the mystery of consciousness are examined in our new book Between Lives. It also full of self-help exercise to help readers on their spiritual journey.

Release of Between Lives – Past Lives Regression, Near Death Experiences and the Evolution of Consciousness

In 2020, due to Covid, I had a near death experience. Once the shock of the experience had worn off, and I had fully healed, I was intrigued by what had happened to me during my experience, and how similar it was with the early part of a Life Between Lives Regression I had experienced previously, and guided many clients through. I was also struck by how my Consciousness expanded during my Near Death Experience.

I shared my thoughts with Andy Tomlinson, and so we collaborated together to see if my experience and observation was a one off, or if it was common between those who have the same experiences.  This led to a three year study of Consciousness using a multidisciplinary approach to determine whether Consciousness exists outside the physical body. What happens with Consciousness when not in a physical body?

We then wanted to explore how Consciousness evolves, especially now as we birthing the New Earth. How can we expand our own consciousness while in our physical bodies as we move into the future without going through something as traumatic as a Near Death Experience? So we’ve developed a simple and practical guide to help those who wish to expand their consciousness as we birth the New Consciousness.

We compiled all our findings into a book that was picked up and published by Sacred Planet Books, an imprint of Inner Traditions. Today, we are so excited to present to you Between Lives – Past Lives Regression, Near Death Experiences and the Evolution of Consciousness, which is officially released today :

While neuroscience reveals much about the brain, it has not determined the precise relationship between the brain and consciousness. The authors probe the depths of this relationship while offering practical ways to develop and raise one’s own consciousness.

The authors examine evidence that supports the existence of consciousness independent of the brain, such as savant syndrome, lucid dreaming, telepathic communication in dreams, mediumship, and out-of-body experiences. The authors also consider case studies of near-death experiences—including Kumarasingham’s own—finding commonalities across such phenomena, particularly with between- lives memories gleaned through regression hypnosis. Readers will gain deeper awareness of the spiritual energy imbued within the physical world and learn how to transcend self-imposed limitations.

This book gives exercises to clear stagnant emotional patterns, strengthen relationships, better manage energies, build effective boundaries, and transcend self-imposed limitations. Between Lives offers readers on the spiritual path a means to better understand the nature of their consciousness and more effectively embody and optimize their journey through lives.

We hope you enjoy this book as much as these esteemed reviewers.

Absolutely life changing! Between Lives is a powerful, inspiring guide to understanding the soul’s journey and unlocking your true potential. A must read for anyone ready to embrace their spiritual awakening.  Sue Stone, transformational speaking and author of The Power Within You Now

The book offers very real evidence of the great scheme of things in our universe. The examples serve as both a means of illustrating the book’s spiritual concepts and as proof that this exploration is a real and transformative process. A must have book in your spiritual library.  – Diana Cooper, Teacher, International Speaker, and Author of More than 30 books, including Angels of Light cards and the 36 Spiritual Laws that Govern All Life

This comprehensive overview of consciousness offers simple exercises and valuable tools to help raise your vibration to resonate with the light of Oneness in the New Consciousness that is now helping to create the New Earth.Peter Wright, CPLT, CHT, LBLT

Andy and Tomlinson and Reena Kumarasingham have choreographed a comprehensive, scholarly, spiritual self-help manual anyone can absorb to illuminate the breadth of soul consciousness.  – Linda Backman, EdD, author of Bringing Your Soul to Light, The Evolving Soul, Souls on Earth and Soul Design

Drawing on their own experience as well as a number of other sources, the authors articulate their inspiring vision for the transition to a higher frequency of consciousness, enabling the co-creation of a New Earth permeated with soul connection and awareness.David Lorimer, MA, PGCE, FRSA, Program Director of the Scientific and Medical Network and Editor of Paradigm Explorer.

Experiencing the New Consciousness

Vicki Umipeg was prematurely born at 22 weeks, weighing 3 pounds. Her optic nerve was damaged due to high oxygen in the incubator, resulting in complete blindness. She had no visual experiences, no awareness of light whatsoever. At the age of 22, she was thrown out of a car in Seattle, resulting in severe injuries—skull fractures, concussion, and injuries to her neck, back, and leg. While being rescued in the hospital, she found herself floating to the ceiling. As she had been blind all her life, she had never seen that ring or her body. Only in that near-death experience did she see her ring.

Vicki was the research case study of Dr. Jeffrey Long, a practicing medical doctor in Kentucky. He has dedicated more than 25 years to studying near-death experiences. He has researched and reviewed more than 4,000 cases of near death expereinces and published them on his website, the Near-Death Experience Research Foundation.

Another case study is Joan who had a spinal anesthetic for surgery on her ankle. There were complications and her heart stopped. Joan describes her near-death experience:

I went from being in my body to being in a place of absolute love. I can only describe it like being in a swimming pool, but even my body was filled with this loving. I was one with this place, but also apart from it. I was still me, but I was far more than me. I was one with everything - and it was all good. I did hear beautiful music, but it wasn't like our music. The music itself was part of me, but I don't think I was singing. It was more like it was just part of me, and I was part of it, but it was much more than just me. I felt weightless and free - absolutely free. I was enfolded in this loving and was part of it too. There was not one single part of me or part of anything else that was not love. Individuals did not exist in the same way as we do here. I was still me, but I was also part of the loving. I knew things without hearing a single spoken word... I knew that all religions had it wrong. There is no way rules and judgment could flow from this place. Earthly religions made it complicated when it was very easy. There is only love, and all of us are part of it. There is no way that we cannot be loved. We ARE love. Time did not exist. I have always loved my family on earth, but I did not miss them. I did not think of them. I was more joyful than I ever have been. I felt utterly connected to everything and everyone. We are inter-connected as one. There is no such thing as 'death'. This experience has changed me.

And this is not uncommon. Medical doctor Pim van Lommel did a follow-up two and eight years later with his 344 near-death experience subjects in his research.  He revealed that the subjects’ behaviours and attitudes changed in a positive llike Jaons as a direct result of their near-death experience and that these changes increased with time.

But a life-threatening situation can be very traumatic. What if it is possible to move this New Consciousness state in a safe and gentle process. We believe that it is and have a new book Between Lives - Past-Life Regression, Near-Death Experiences, and the Evolution of Consciousness. Its full of self-help exercise to help readers on their journey to the New Consciousness.

Empowering the Divine Feminine in the New Consciousness

Earth is receiving an inflow of high vibrational energy enabling everything that have been suppressed by the veils of illusion to come to light.  The suppressed feminine is one of these.

For many years the patriarchal system has supressed the feminine.  This suppression has caused a wound, and the energy of it has been unable to flow and has become pent up.  Pressure that mounts eventually explodes out - much like a volcanic eruption instead of a gentle flow of lava.

And the high vibrational energy bombarding Earth is assisting in rising the feminine in all of us. It is only through the healing can the feminine be truly empowered.

The difference between a wounded feminine and the empowered feminine;

The empowered feminine is objective, clear and comes from a perspective of ‘We’. The wounded feminine is always triggered and comes from the perspective of the ‘I’.
The empowered feminine always loves, guides, nurtures and honours in an effort to build others up. The wounded feminine diminishes, imposes and manipulates others in order to make them small.
The empowered feminine always supports incubation, nourishes and nurtures. The wounded feminine deconstructs, diminishes and constantly gives criticism as negative feedback.

So, when we feel triggered or when we find ourselves passing harsh judgements to others in a way that is unhelpful to them, we are coming from our wounded aspect. This is an indication for us to empower our divine feminine aspect and look inwards, to acknowledge our own emotions and wounding and move forward in healing to become empowered, to create a loving, guiding, nurturing presence.

The empowered feminine is crucial now during this transitioning time of the because we have a unique opportunity to create a New Earth on a clean high vibrational slate.  Moving away from this destructive world of duality. to a constructive one of Oneness, as we are moving into the New Consciousness.

We need the creative, nourishing and nurturing aspects of the Empowered Feminine to work with the focused, purposeful, productive aspects of the Empowered Masculine the to build this new Earth. One cannot exist in balance without the other.

It all starts by committing to heal the wounded aspects of ourselves, and move forward in empowerment. The separation and wounding of the Feminine has torn us into pieces.  Balance and Harmony of the Empowered Feminine and Empowered Masculine will bring us back to Peace.

We are witnessing the extraordinary rise of the Divine Feminine coming into balance with the Sacred Masculine.  All of us, both men and women, hold the essence of both the divine feminine and sacred masculine within us, as energetic, psychological and archetypal components.

More about moving into Oneness is in  Reena's and Andy's new book Between Lives - Past-Life Regression, Near-Death Experiences, and the Evolution of Consciousness. Its full of self-help exercise to help readers on their journey to the New Consciousness.

Being a Pioneer of the New Consciousness

A pioneer is someone who does something new, perhaps with a new idea, or new product and even a different way of thinking.

There are so many types of pioneers. Those in the United States in waggons during the nineteenth century searched out new land and settling in it to raise their family.

The intellectual pioneers explored new ideas and theories – Nicholas Copernicus and Galileo Galilei for example promoted the idea that the Earth revolved around the Sun, during a time when the commonly held view was that the Earth was at the centre.

And the social pioneers – William Wilberforce stood up against slavery and eventually stopped the practice in Great Britain and then eventually around the world.

Then the spiritual pioneers like Buddha and Jesus whose teaching was a new way of being against the established political and religious hierarchy.

But pioneering is not easy.

Pioneers have to give up the comfort of old, established ways of doing things. They have all faced challenges and obstacles – whether it is a physical one or the fierce resistance of the established ways and ideas.

Pioneering requires tenacity, courage and commitment. It involves sacrifice – friends and families who distance themselves from new revolutionary idea they don’t understand, loss of creature comforts, or loss of jobs, established lifestyles or reputation.

However, without pioneers there will be no new ideas, new ways of being, new knowledge or new settlements.

Pioneering challenges ineffective social conditioning, opening a whole new world that may not have been considered before.  It is an opportunity to move away from what has stopped working and to embrace new ways that do work.

What would have happened if women had not been given the chance to vote or be educated?  Or if slavery was still legal? Where would we be without the wisdom of Buddha or Jesus?

Now, there is a new challenge to be the pioneers of the New Earth, and perhaps we can share some thoughts about it.

Pioneering is done with communities

Copernicus and Galileo were not the only people who put theories out about the Earth revolving around the sun. Others built on them until they were accepted such as Isaac Newton's work with gravity and Johannes Keple published tables that predicted planetary positions for astronomers based on elliptical orbits.

The suffragettes fighting for women’s right to vote fought as groups. William Wilberforce led the abolitionists in a growing movement over two decades to get Parliament to pass a law ending the slave trade.

Communities passed the wisdom of Jesus and Buddha to one another.

In the same way as a New Earth is being created, there are communities where like-minded individuals are gathering together.  Old social networks are falling away as we disengage from the old ways that do not feel right.  However, we can develop new social networks through physical meetings, social media groups or associations pulled together by a shared vision of creating the new.

These communities will be the foundation pillars to create the New Earth.  While the old consciousness is slowly crumbling, these new communities will be the anchor point for the new.

Commitment and integrity to their path

Pioneers before us have all shown resilience and commitment to their path.  No matter what was thrown at them, they stuck resolutely to it – even when their lives, lifestyle and reputation was threatened.

Changes in consciousness will impact everyone.  However, because it is so subtle, many people may not understand or believe in it.  So going against the established ideas or conditioned path can result in being mocked, ostracised or disbelieved.

We need to be committed to shifting to the New Earth and be prepared to let go of what does not resonate for us.

Not give in to shame or fear or guilt

All pioneers have been shamed and rejected for going against the establishment or be seen to be guilty of disturbing the peace of society. As a result, most pioneers have been threatened and society programmed to fear them.

Early Christians were threatened with death and some thrown into Arenas by the Roman. Galileo was declared a heretic by the Church and his books banned. The Suffragettes were branded as militants and imprisoned for their campaign tactics to give women the right to vote.

Jesus and the early Christians did not give into the establishment. Galileo never retracted his work.  Wilberforce and the suffragettes never diverted from their goal.

If we succumb to the fear, shaming, or guilt we are absorbing and holding some of the lower vibrations. However, if we hold firm with, hope, harmony and live meaningfully we will keep our vibrations high. And create the new with our elevated frequency.

Using Intuition to Create

Every pioneer ploughed through and created a new path.

They followed their intuition, the internal compass that we all have, as opposed to being swayed by the external noise.

The applies in pioneering the New Consciousness. As it is a New Consciousness many of the old ways will not apply. There will be little that is established or familiar.  So, we have to follow our intuition and do what resonates as opposed to listening to external dissent.

Being a pioneer for the New Earth will involve plenty of letting go to be able to rebuild.  We have the opportunity to create a world that we want to live in, one that totally resonates with us.

We have the opportunity to usher in the Golden Age.

Isn’t that worth it?

We have a one week retreat to experience living in the New Consciousness which will be a transformational experience and opportunity to learn new energy skills. For more see Pioneering the New Consciousness.

Tips for Moving into the New Consciousness

New energies are coming in fast and strong to Earth amplifying the existing grid of consciousness and bring hidden truths to the surface. Many of the structures that we are used to and taken for granted are breaking down.  Whether it is at a country or personal level, the breaking down is a destabilising process.  We may find friends drifting away, jobs coming to an end and what we have been taking for granted changing and shifting. Some of us may be faced with hard truths about some of the basic structures in our lives.

All change can be scary and occurs when we are edged past what we are comfortable with.  Evolution only occurs when we question what is happening and allow change to happen. So, the more things are shaken up, the more we question and the more we evolve.

There are three steps to focus on for a breakthrough in the change:

Step 1 Starting to manifest what we wish to create in the New Earth based on what resonates with us.

Step 2 Being led by our intuition, our inner compass, and slowly let go of dependence on the external.

Step 3 Self-empowerment

The first step is focusing on what we wish to manifest. This means deciding what resonates for us and what does not.  Then we can begin the process of visualising and creating the life we wish to materialise. It is important to be in the highest vibrational state as possible, perhaps remembering laughter or joy in our life and recreating that emotion. Once the manifestation has been made, release it to the universe in gratitude for the universe making it happen. Gratitude also raises our vibration, and of course be patient.

Sometimes it can be hard to know what to manifest when moving to a world we are unfamiliar with. So perhaps you could manifest a relationship with another person or group you will resonate with and that bring your love and joy and let the universe fill in the details.

Some aspects of our lives will require a conscious effort to let go. Like a spring clean getting rid of things that do not resonate in our life.

The second step to create a life that does resonates with us, being led with our own hearts and minds. As we move into the New Consciousness we are facing a new and exciting time and will find opportunities not encountered before.  So, to create in the big unknown, we have to move into our hearts and hold our vision strong.

We also need to look deeper into issues and challenges to solve them. External illusions that have been created around us will crumble. The only anchor we have through this is our internal compass, our intuition.

When we follow our intuition, relevant research material or new information will appear so we can match out internal wisdom with our external rationality.

We have to ensure that we stay the course even though we get push back from those around us.  As long as we stay true to ourself we will attract new people and opportunities of our resonance to us. And those who are in a different vibration will drop away. This may take time, but we will be able to create our new life in the New Earth.

The third step is about self-empowerment. This is knowing that we will thrive with our choices no matter what challenges we face as we manifest and build our new world. We can be empowered as we build our new world in the faith that we have with our own internal compass and knowing. This is the best way to ensure that we do not get tangled and tempted by any external illusions.

Real empowerment is not expecting things to happen without effort. It is about making our wishes and following up with practical steps to make them come true as we move into the New World.

When we focus on creating the New Earth, rather than the breakdown of the old, we can move forward with hope and play an active role in manifesting and creating the lives we want. Then the breakdown is no longer quite so frightening. Instead, we can look forward and create our New Earth with hope.
