Namely, it comes from playing baseball in high school with some of the best friends I have ever had. I used these friendships as a starting point for the friendships you will find in the book. The Difficulty of Being an Indie

When it comes to self-promotion, I am the most inept at the task. Where do I begin? What is the best platform? Who even cares about what I am writing? These questions and many more make the task daunting. But, one thing this COVID season has taught me is that writing is not enough. Having a great idea is not enough. “Most kinds of power require a substantial sacrifice by whoever wants the power…Whatever it is you seek, you have to put in the time, the practice, the effort. You must give up a lot to get it.
