I really should’ve loved this book. There were a lot of characters and a lot going on, and for whatever reason I just never got into it.

I really don’t like the concept of a woman ‘changing’ a man. This also had every bad trope and messy writing. It felt mean at many different times, too. Not cute enemies to lovers banter, just mean.

Very interesting read with a writing style I’m not used to. It threw me at times, and I still do t love the washing over of her confronting each parent. But I feel like I learned something, and felt something real.
