Born and raised in Utah, Samantha England has lived her whole life surrounded by mountains and with a head full of dragons. At thirteen, she got it into her head that she wanted to be a fantasy writer and hasn't strayed from that path since. As a writer, Samantha keeps to the personal mantra of "I don't write stories, I go on adventures and bring other people with me." and there are quite a few adventures she has in mind to share. How I deal with writer's block is this: I write. I keep writing, even if I think it's absolute trash I still write. Put something down on paper (or text document) just so you have made progress on the book. First drafts are not meant to be utter perfection, I should know, and so progress counts. It's touching to know how much someone loves your work and how encouraged they felt to go out there and write their own stories. It's truly a wonderful feeling and there's nothing else like it.(less)
