Happiness is NOT evasive. There is a formula we can follow to become as happy as we always wanted to be. The only reason we may think otherwise is because society follows a broken formula of happiness, which simply does not work. In my work, I state exactly what we need to do to reach our happiest potential (Optimal Happiness). I even created a course called "The Last Course on Happiness You Will Ever Need", which explains A to Z of happiness in an easy, complete, and no-fluff way (please check my website).
