Richard Nelson is a children's book author from Portage la Prairie, Canada. In 2018 he released his first children's picture book, "You're Perfect the Way You Are!"

Richard grew up with a passion for children's books and loved story time before bed as a child. This tradition carried on with his own family, and between his wife and himself, strived to read at least one book every night to their daughter.
