Grace Kitto is a first time author. A seasoned TV producer, she has spent many years writing television proposals, treatments and voice-overs, all the while hankering to be a ‘real’ writer.

What finally prompted her to begin was her own story of successful weight loss after 45 years of failed dieting. Six stone overweight and clinically obese, she had been on a sure path to Type 2 diabetes when she realised she needed a radical rethink to tackle the problem. So she had one.
