What Inspired You To Take This New Journey To Create Your Personal Brand?

Years of knowing that I am not living to my fullest potential and feeling frustrated by it. This was not something that happened to me over night. This has been a lifetime in the works. Whenever I share with, or help other people, I am happy. I love to use my life experiences to elevate others, but so often find myself focus

“Comparison is the greatest thief of all joy. When you stay focused on you, the view is much better!”
Heather Monahan, Confidence Creator

“Take care of yourself. I don’t mean that you have to focus on looks. I mean put yourself first. Women often have a hard time doing this. They feel guilty putting themselves before their loved ones. If you don’t workout, sleep, meditate, relax, or do whatever special things you need to do for you, you won’t be the best version of yourself. When you’re not your best version of yourself, you can’t do things for others. In a way, it’s actually selfless to take great care of yourself because it allows you to be more present for your family and friends. You will also feel better, which is a natural way to build confidence. What are the things that make you feel good? Write them down. Do those things every day. Make yourself a priority in your life. No excuses.”
Heather Monahan, Confidence Creator

“I know I’m not going to get everything I ask for, but I do know that if I don’t go out and try to get what I want, then the chances are nil that things will work out in my favor. It’s never easy to hear “no,” but I’ve learned not to think of it as a blow to my ego. It’s not personal if someone turns me down. There could be a slew of reasons why things don’t work out, and many have nothing to do with me personally. It might just be poor timing.”
Heather Monahan, Confidence Creator

“In every moment we are either building our confidence or chipping away at it. The choice is yours.”
Heather Monahan, Confidence Creator

“The most important voice and opinion in your own life will always be your own.”
Heather Monahan, Confidence Creator

“Sitting around waiting for validation from others before I take action is not something I'm interested in anymore.”
Heather Monahan, Confidence Creator
