Her story and the subject of suicide has always interested me.

My ideas all come from my family history, a family tree that I share with millions of people the world over. Many of the stories I have discovered spanning 22 years of research are noteworthy and many feel as though they have jumped straight out of the pages of a novel.
My family history is shared with famous folk too, Cher, Pocahontas, Vincent Price, Elvis Presley, James Dean and many more.

This was crazy, fascinating, shocking and brilliant. Not until the end do you know the full story.
Yesteryear is brutal in parts and totally dysfunctional, a novel that delivers with a sounding thud and is f***ed up in the best way possible.

Great novella and one with an interesting twist. This book is certainly dark and claustrophobic. A house, with no way out and a being, watching from the shadows.
