Haluk Çay was born in 1976 in Istanbul. After graduating from the Istanbul University Faculty of Law, he started his law firm in Istanbul in 2003. He has been working as a Lawyer especially in customs and smuggling, taxes, international trade, and transport laws. He spent many years researching the history of law, science, and philosophy and wrote numerous articles. He is happily married to Dr. Tuğçe ÇAY and has a son Demir Efe ÇAY.
