Writer's block is all about low vibrations and there is a simple way of getting beyond it.

We express ourselves through many instruments in life and writing is one of them. When we are down, in a low vibration, we are not aligned with ourselves and our natural state. At these times, we experience a disconnect. We struggle. Besides many other things, we also struggle to express ourselves in any form of communication. If we're a writer, we call this state "writer's block".

It's a form of disconnection. The key thing is, do not try to overcome the block, you will only nurture it. What you need to do is leave your writing aside, disconnect from the victim mood you are in and change your mood to a higher state where you'll feel more empowered and authentic. It's not about feeling good; it is about aligning and grounding yourself so you get rid of the toxic mind chatter and distractions that block you. And you return to your higher state of being. This is how:

When I feel blocked, I know that I need to raise my vibrations to reconnect with myself. I do that via self-care. I have developed my own habits and tools that actually work. Among them there are various forms of meditation, self work involving mirror work, journaling etc.. I may expose myself to an inspiring content. Writing is an internal work that needs to be done "beyond the mind". When we "force" ourselves to write, our mind gets in the way, distracts us; our fears, doubts and ill conditionings rise up to the surface. When we're at the high vibes, the channel opens up naturally. I don't force myself to overcome any block, this leads to nowhere. I just raise my mood and my vibration; then the block is gone naturally. Simple. It's an inside job, it is all about your vibrational state..:) And you start downloading again; writing from the heart and soul, trying to keep up with your hand as the words just flow naturally. You already know that state, you already know how powerful it is.(less)

“Bir avuç toprak,
Bir parça hava,
Bir damla su orman doğurabiliyorsa,
Yeryüzünde her şey mümkün demektir.”
Aslı Eti, Unutma Beni

“Büyüdükçe her şeyi anlayacağını sanırken, bildiklerini de unutacaksın. Büyümek, derin bir uykuya dalmak gibi...”
Aslı Eti, Unutma Beni

“My story is not a pleasant one; it is neither sweet nor harmonious, as invented stories are; it has the taste of nonsense and chaos, of madness and dreams-like the lives of all men who stop deceiving themselves.”
Herman Hesse
