Ella Hayes won the Prima Magazine/Mills & Boon Love to Write competition in 2017 and published her Mills & Boon debut, Her Brooding Scottish Heir in December 2018.

She holds a Master of Letters degree in Writing Practice & Study from Dundee University where she also won the Gavin Wallace Memorial Prize.

She lives in Scotland where she has worked as a professional photographer for many years. Before that she was a television camerawoman.

She is married and has two sons.

I don’t quite know how to rate this book so gave it a solid three stars. Brave New World is big on concept, thought-provoking definitely, and much “lighter” than I thought it would be, not to mention prescient, but as a story it didn’t absorb me full ...more
