My family is very important to me. I am fortunate in having my daughter, my elder son and his wife and my grandson and his wife living close to me.
My younger son and his wife and daughter live in Western Australia but I keep in touch by phone and social media. My granddaughter has recently had some of her art work displayed in a Perth Art Gallery. She is very talented and as she is still young has lots of time to develop her talent. We are of course very proud of her.
We are a talented lot. My grandson was heavily involved in producing the 2012 Olympic Rings displayed above the arena and all the fiery effects. Needless to say I have all the newspaper reports and photographs of them.

I have nearly finished my new novel. Just the last couple of chapters to write and then all the editing and proof reading to do. However I am having problems with my heroine. I like to write about strong willed women but this one is disobeying her creator. I think the problem is that I have so enjoyed writing about her and her difficulties and problems and how she overcomes them that I am almost reluctant to end it. However I must really be very strong minded and come to a conclusion. Alicia in Westmarsh did not give me nearly so much trouble! Margaret
