But, most of the time, I just write out every single …moreSometimes I just sit and stare at the computer or the piece of paper - whatever I am working on. But, most of the time, I just write out every single thought I have in my head, knowing that most, if not all, of them will not lead to anything. It's more about just physically doing some writing, so that I don't feel like I can't. I learned in yoga teacher training that your mind will often tell you that you can't do something. But, if you just ignore it, you will see that you can, and the easiest way to change your mind is through physically doing, seeing, or touching something that proves it wrong. (less)
