How do you deal with writer’s block?

So, if I find myself getting writer's block with one story (or even with one whole pen name), I'll switch to another story. It helps that I write romance, romantic suspense, and horror under three different names. If I'm not in the mood for anything romantic, I can switch to my Carver Pike name and go psycho with it.
