Hi, and welcome to my author bio! I was born in 1980, and grew up near Reading in the UK. In 2014 I moved to Dublin, where i met my, now wife, Siobhra. I still live in Dublin today.

I'd been divided between science and art throughout my school years, but academically went with science and studied engineering at university, going on in 2007 to gain a PhD in mathematical simulation at Coventry University. Life is what happens when you're busy making other plans, so the saying goes and after the PhD i sort of fell into motorsport instructing for 8 years, which i loved. (you might get an inkling of this in chapter 17 of This Soul'd World).

This Soul'd World was first released in 2012, under a different title: "A 21st Century Copernicus Effect", however when telling laymen on the street about it (my friends) it became clear that my understanding of who Copernicus was, and theirs, were poles apart, so the book fell into obscurity. It remained on sale, just about covering the money i'd paid to a 3rd party publisher to print and list the book, but i knew it needed re-branding, (and in my heart-of-hearts, a thorough re-write). I had the book undergo a full professional edit in 2015, which resulted in a 70% plot line change... and that eventual full re-write happened in 2016/7/8 and KDP publication happened in late 2018. What the story is now, i am content with. (or should i say i no longer feel the need to keep tinkering, tweeking and writing!)

The material of the book deals with science, consciousness, alternate realities, choices, consequences, and the mystery of our spirituality. I would add, i'm not a follower of religion, but at the same time i wouldn't begrudge anyone who is. It is my opinion all religions probably started from some kind of mystical experience, and with the dawn of the internet, people are discovering the mystical experience is not unique to sages, adepts and chosen ones, but happens to normal people like me and you every day - but that's another story. :)

Another book is being written, but i have no timeline for publication.
