Kendra has always loved stories. Reading them in books and watching them in movies was not enough. From the time she was in first grade, she was already telling her own.

She truly fell in love with the art of writing in middle school, where she first wrote a full-length manuscript. From that time until now, she has been honing her craft, eager to improve her skills with each new endeavor. Her first novel, If the Slipper Fits, was self-published in 2019.

Born and raised in California, she lives in a small town North of Sacramento. When she’s not cooking up adventures in her head, she loves to read, draw, and drink more coffee than is healthy for a normal person. She still loves to enjoy stories, especially seeking them out in a cozy book store
