Brandy L Verdin is a faith-based author and mentor to both men and women. Brandy resides in a small town southwest of New Orleans, Louisiana with her husband Cleveland. Brandy has two adult children and she is a retired personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist. Recently her first book "Faith and Weights With A Side of Cake" was published. She is currently working on two books and more will follow. Cheering on her favorite team the New Orleans Saints, prayer and weight training are her favorite hobbies.
