Maureen Talbot is a writer and author of 'Shadows of Butterflies'. This is her first novel published in September 2019 and is Book 1 in the series, 'The Maycroft Chronicles.'
Maureen is an estate agent, living and working in Kent, and she is a mother and grandmother.

The desire to write The Maycroft Chronicles' was drawn from her fascination to explore the history of the homes in the lovely old Kent villages that she visits.
From the once grand families in their country houses to the estate workers in tiny 16th century cottages, every family has a story to tell, and every old sepia photograph tells a tale of a way of life long past.
