If you're very solitary, find a place or a thing that gives you inspiration, and try to concentrate on that feeling, immerse yourself in it, and start with writing one sentence. More will probably follow.
Or, set yourself and arbitrary deadline, and commit to meeting it. It helps to put pressure on sometimes.(less)
