Kenneth McKinley was born and raised in the small town of Bronson, Michigan. He grew up in the time of heavy metal mix tapes, VCRs, and library cards. Ever since that magical moment when he wandered into the adult horror section of the public library at the age of 11, he has always dreamed of being a writer. With his critically acclaimed debut, “The Glimmer Girls,” in the ghost story anthology, Midnight in the Graveyard, he could finally realize his dream.

Kenneth graduated from Ohio State University and owns Silver Shamrock Publishing. He is a member of the Horror Writers Association and the Independent Book Publishers Association. He resides in Michigan with his wife, Kathy, and their children. Kenneth is currently working on his next nove
