New author, upcoming books
I thank the GoodReads community for listing my first two spiritual books that I've wrote in the past year and I praise also the fact that I've been accepted as a GoodReads author.
I am going to try to keep my blog posts interesting and constant, writing about pieces taken from my books or about the things that motivate me to write in my books.
I write fiction / science-fiction and spirituality titles, so the content of this blog will be quite a variety of things.
Thank you again GoodReads and I welcome all to read my blog posts and comment if they feel like. Namaste

329 Haiku Poems for your spiritual practice
This is my first book, published on the 10th of October, 2018. It was published in the very first year when I started up writing, which was exactly in May 2018.
"329 Haiku Poems For Your Spiritual Practice" is a collection of Zen free-form haikus that are created to inspire you more in your practice, on your spiritual path.
Each haiku (short 3 lines Japanese zen poem) is intended to be read slowly and meditated upon. It will bring mindfulness and improve meditation to the one who practices it.
The book is organized in 29 categories, all related to virtues, human traits and spiritual terms such as acceptance, awareness, compassion, mindfulness, freedom, nature, Buddha-nature, contemplation, emptiness, Enlightenment, equanimity, gratitude, humbleness, presence, joyfulness and so on.
Currently, the book is available as an eBook on all major platforms and also as a print-on-demand softcover book, only on European Amazon websites.
I am planning to record this eBook as an Audio Book soon, for those of you who are usually on the run and have less time to read.

70 Daily Reflections For Your Spiritual Awakening
This is the 2nd book that I wrote, which focuses on aspects that we run into, while we are Awakening while walking on our spiritual paths.
In "70 Daily Reflections For Your Spiritual Awakening", I am presenting 70 reflections or meditations on different spiritual topics, such as the Ego and the Higher Self, presence and mindfulness, compassion, happiness, karma, letting go, Enlightenment, solitude, unconditional love, forgiveness, meekness, truth, positive affirmations, change, non-attachment, Buddha-nature and also other dynamics that usually appear and manifest on the path of our spiritual practice.
These reflections are really helpful for anyone who is looking to find his or her inner self, that deeper spiritual dimension of ourselves, where love and compassion manifest abundantly.
Each of these meditations is spanning one, two or even three pages, but the information contained is rather condensed. You can choose to read a few chapters a day or just jump in and read the chapter that you feel drawn to, as many times as you need.
If you want a real and lasting transformation, you need to read slowly and with focused attention each chapter many times and take time to meditate on particular phrases that you find of interest. In this way, you can start to see the seeds of awakening planted in this book blooming in your soul's garden and also healing you as well through the wisdom that is to be found inside each of them.
May all these reflections, that I wrote with much carefulness and consideration, help you in your daily life and walk along with you on the path of your spiritual Awakening.

chapter 18: Enlightenment
Enlightenment is the natural state of our being, where one is happy with what he is, with what he has. Because of the innumerable wrong choices, we did in the past, attaining Enlightenment is now necessary to restore the true quality of our beings and of our lives. To untangle from Samsara, the world of suffering, one has to work his way on his spiritual path, to cleanse oneself of non-virtues, to be more aligned with the divine Will, to be more aligned with our Creator, to love more and to be more dedicated in helping and alleviating others' suffering. We all love our spiritual paths and all these paths lead to the same thing: Enlightenment or Salvation, as the followers of Christ say. This is just a term that means witnessing the world as Being Awake or the realization of our true nature, seeing everything as it really is, with a clear vision, with no preconceptions, labels or any kind of mental filters. When we manage to get there, we experience life fully through direct experience and we feel great happiness. But to reach that place, we need to work on understanding and uncovering our real selves and we also need to actively work on transforming this world, as much as we can, into a better place. Being active in our lives brings a lot of useful experience and wisdom, that we can use to progress on our spiritual paths. And that means we need to establish a spiritual practice of our own choice that will lead us there.
There are many things that one can say about Enlightenment, but basically it is the state where you love everything from the depths of your heart and you understand and accept every little thing with great ease. You will not only understand everything but also love everything for what it is. Your head is now empty of illusory things and attachment to worldly values, your being is filled with the love of the world, you feel the world is full of wonders and you are in awe for your existence. You do not suffer anymore, your life has become a gift, from the Creator. You are dwelling in peace and bliss for you can now see the Beauty of the Creation around you in full bloom. You are witnessing the wonder of this world as you peacefully exist Now outside duality, in Oneness. It means that you've stepped out of duality and now reside with your soul and your whole being in the beautiful realm of Oneness, where duality is absolutely transcended, as a reward for your steady efforts and virtuous acts that you've done on your spiritual path. Only the Awakened Ones have this privilege. And as the Awakened Ones are also Bodhisattvas, which are regular people like you and me that have dedicated their whole lives to their spiritual practice and to bringing to Awakening every soul, until there is no one left to suffer on this planet, everyone can choose to dedicate their lives to doing so. It is only a matter of assuming this responsibility, on your spiritual path, of becoming a person that works for the benefit of others and Enlightenment will just be a goal that you set on your spiritual path. You are hoping in this way to reach Enlightenment, for the sole purpose of benefiting every other sentient being reach theirs while walking every day on your path to Awakening.

Mindfulness
1. A lily’s scent passes on
Over the trees
Of the silent mind, at night.
2. The painting tries to express
The mixed feelings of the painter
A butterfly rests effortlessly on its corner.
3. And at some point
Mindfulness arose all of the sudden,
Out of the thousands gaps of meditation.
4. A full day in mindful spirit
Cleans up thousands of unaware moments,
I am washing carefully my hands clean.
5. Not sloppy but also not too tense
Finding my balance
In this fast paced world.
6. Inside my mind
Empty of thoughts,
Everything else reflects as in a mirror.
7. Poised with concentration
I rest alert, with a clean mind,
Everything is as it should be.
8. Everyday, digging the fountain of mindfulness,
The more I dig,
The more water it can hold.
9. The more tranquil my mind is
The more unique and beautiful
My drapes have become.
10. Me and the curtain close to me
Are inseparable friends
In whatever I write.
11. Being one with any object I might choose
From my immediate surroundings
The bigger the object, the more peaceful my mind is.
12. This cup of coffee
Contains in itself
All my future mental projections.

New book coming up
I'm in the process of finishing up editing a Zen haiku love poems book, that will probably be available next year (2020), somewhere in January or February.
The book will first be available in eBook format on all major online stores and after 1-2 weeks also in paperback (softcover format), only on European Amazon stores + a few others, as print-on-demand.
It will be a delight to read, especially for you dreamers out there with a sense for romance, passion and kindness.
I personally think it is the perfect Christmas gift or something that your girl or partner would definitely appreciate. I tried to keep the poems meaningful and focused on love, in all its aspects.

Excerpt from "200 Haiku Love Poems"
9. The red marks that you have left
On your coffee cup
Make me dream again of you.
10. Each time you are near,
I feel the blessings of love
Sweet scent of bergamot.
11. Autumn brings great blessings
In the soul of your golden hair
Yellow and brown leaves on the forest path.
12. Walking in the enchanted garden of life,
Barely touching,
We rejoice in every step we take.
13. In every aspect of herself,
All her imperfections
Are transmuted in my heart, to gold.
14. The lovely sound of her voice
Is strangely dripping
Into my soul’s ear.
15. You left the keys to your soul
On the kitchen table, this morning,
I will keep my heart’s door open, tonight.
16. Yellow flowers at dusk
Spreading their scent to everyone
That is passing by.
17. Colorful feelings
Linger on my walls,
Ever since you left.
18. Entering the temple
Of your love
I feel magnificent and light.
19. Sinners, saints, and angels
Are all blending together
In an unending display of love.
20. Your beautiful presence,
Sitting in front of me
A glimpse of your perfume.
21. Catching your hand in mine
Tingles of mixed emotions and love
Feeling lost in your soul, in the sunset.
22. Warm tea, green color,
Blue eyes, soft lips,
Endless glowing nights.
23. The emerald green sea,
Always washes away
The love troubles from the past.
24. Entering your room
I have found the fragrance,
That eluded me for so many years.
On your coffee cup
Make me dream again of you.
