Excerpt from "200 Haiku Love Poems"
9. The red marks that you have left
On your coffee cup
Make me dream again of you.
10. Each time you are near,
I feel the blessings of love
Sweet scent of bergamot.
11. Autumn brings great blessings
In the soul of your golden hair
Yellow and brown leaves on the forest path.
12. Walking in the enchanted garden of life,
Barely touching,
We rejoice in every step we take.
13. In every aspect of herself,
All her imperfections
Are transmuted in my heart, to gold.
14. The lovely sound of her voice
Is strangely dripping
Into my soul’s ear.
15. You left the keys to your soul
On the kitchen table, this morning,
I will keep my heart’s door open, tonight.
16. Yellow flowers at dusk
Spreading their scent to everyone
That is passing by.
17. Colorful feelings
Linger on my walls,
Ever since you left.
18. Entering the temple
Of your love
I feel magnificent and light.
19. Sinners, saints, and angels
Are all blending together
In an unending display of love.
20. Your beautiful presence,
Sitting in front of me
A glimpse of your perfume.
21. Catching your hand in mine
Tingles of mixed emotions and love
Feeling lost in your soul, in the sunset.
22. Warm tea, green color,
Blue eyes, soft lips,
Endless glowing nights.
23. The emerald green sea,
Always washes away
The love troubles from the past.
24. Entering your room
I have found the fragrance,
That eluded me for so many years.
On your coffee cup
Make me dream again of you.
10. Each time you are near,

Sweet scent of bergamot.

A Cinnamon Afternoon - a book of delightful poems
On the 15th of June 2020, my 4th book is going to be released on all major online book stores. It is now available to preorder on Amazon stores.
A Cinnamon Afternoon is a collection of 144 poems that introduces the reader to a surreal world, that exists intertwined with our mundane, casual world, where everything is interconnected and exists simultaneously as reality and also as imagination. Visions, contemplative states, delightful incursions in the lands where everything exists as sweet baked goodies, created and induced with the help of contemporary free-form poetry, keep the reader wanting to read more, so he can dwell again and again in the dimension where everything is just a fantasy seen from the corner of the eye. Add romance, out of time perceptions, surrealism, and mystery and you'll start to get an idea on how this book unfolds, page after page.
The book manages to create that atmosphere where maturity and child-like play are blending together, projecting the reader in a timeless dimension, right in his living room, guiding him through a series of joyful adventures where the imaginative mind plays its strongest point. Envisioning real-life situations through playful and often surreal eyes brings that coziness and heart mending space, where the reader feels the warmth of his serene self coming back as if a thousand pieces of his soul are forming the big puzzle, again.
In just a few words, the book can be described as a poetic journey into an imaginary cinnamon world that we all wish for, in our innermost cherished dreams.
Here is a sample poem, taken from chapter 4, Her:
you came today silent,
like the morning cup of tea,
embracing me with the moments
that you've discovered last night
between the two of us.
you sat at the kitchen table,
and curled around the chair,
looking at me with reverence
and insightful sincerity.
you came today silent,
resting your thoughts
on the back porch,
where we occasionally
drink our coffee
and dream about the sun
sitting in the cool shade.
you came today silent,
to rest my forehead
on your bruised shoulder
and you did all these
for the days when I wished
you were here with me.

"Mindfulness in Your Everyday Life" is out on the 21st of August, 2020
My first solid spiritual title, "Mindfulness in Your Everyday Life", will be out on the 21st of August, 2020.
This is the 1st book from the series called "The Golden Path", which will feature a long list of 13 books, that will give any beginner on the spiritual path a solid reference in spiritual practices, practicing the virtues, and glimpses into the regular life of a spiritual practitioner.
"Mindfulness in Your Everyday Life" is a book that you need to have if you are looking to be more conscious in your daily decisions, and if you want to see life through a clear and unobstructed perception.
The simple practice of mindfulness, which can be explained in a few words as "directing our awareness in the present moment", can help us maintain a clear mind and sharp attention, and it is discussed, explained, and analyzed from many different perspectives, uncovering most of the facets of conscious living, in our today's society.
This book is all about mindful living, where two different practices are recurrently present, as a means to sustain our conscious approach: mindfulness and meditation. I am presenting simple techniques that will sustain a conscious approach to life, where your perception will always be clear and rooted in the present moment, and your life will always have a stress-free, relaxed, and aware point of view.
Even if you already know about mindfulness or that you are looking to find a resource to explain it more in-depth for you, this book manages to touch most of the aspects that are related to our mind, to our relationship that we have with this world, to the direct experience that we can have when we befriend and transcend our Ego, and mostly, to our personal relationship with the dynamic and ever-changing present moment.
I hope that everyone that reads my book will get to witness, in time, their pristine, clear, and natural state of mind, getting to gradually see the gaps of thought, through the practice of mindfulness and meditation, and finally, witnessing the unwavering mind of no-thought, which will illuminate and radically change their perception on life.
