The Ide(a)s of March

On this day, March 15, which is technically the Ides of March and on which -er – certain leaders have been told to ‘beware’ (Caesar was assassinated on this day, 44B.C.E.) many people – including those in the far north of Norway, Sweden and Finland whose rural-living vlogs I watch – have no snow and are welcoming crocusses.
