Hear…moreI usually find myself either baking, crocheting, or dancing when it's bad. Baking is a great way to unblock the mind. I also talk out loud a lot. Hearing the situation out loud helps- I probably look a bit crazy. I also use post it notes on my bathroom mirror.(less)
