I'm now giving it a hearty go, hoping to come up with something worth sharing with the world.

This novel is a coming-of-age tale centered around a haunted house. It is a ghost story, a psychological drama, and, at its centermost heart, a novel about people and how they change (for better or worse) through time and fate. It is a big, ambitious first novel and every day I am adding a few thousand words --- I'm on track to have a first draft completed by mid-November of this year.

Other than that, I am editing truly fantastic tales that I've written for my next short story collection, which I shall submit to the publishing market sometime early 2022. (less)

Ten Things About Tylor James

Fellow Readers of the Macabre,

It’s recently occurred to me that my few loyal readers, as well as everyone gracious enough to follow my posts, haven’t much of a clue as to who I am. “The 3 types of terror: The Gross-out: the sight of a severed head tumbling down a flight of stairs, it's when the lights go out and something green and slimy splatters against your arm. The Horror: the unnatural, spiders the size of bears, the dead waking up and walking around, it's when the lights go out and something with claws grabs you by the arm.
