New story
I'm pleased to say I have another title about to be published by JMS Books.
This one is called The Tribulations of Tobias and is a humorous comedy of manners about a young 18th-century vicar and his misadventures.
As it is an erotic romance it is under my L. E. Thomas author name. However, I hasten to add that this is much more of a romp in the style of Carry On Vicar, rather than anything hot and heavy!

New story
I'm delighted to say I have a new book out published by JMS Books. It's called The Tribulations of Tobias and it's under my L. E. Thomas author name as it is an erotic historical romance.
However, don't let that put you off, as rather than being hot and heavy, this is more of a light (and hopefully) funny, feel-good romp to give us some much-needed cheer! I'll pop the blurb below, plus links to the JMS Books and Amazon sites, for anyone who wants to take a look.
In the depths of the sleepy countryside in the South West of England in the summer of 1775, a young curate, the Reverend Tobias Whitmore, finds himself unwittingly seduced by the comely ladies of Lesser Witteringly.
Such a delicious experience seems to haunt him as he moves to Stratton-over-Wye to become vicar of St. Margaret’s. This canny career move, engineered by his redoubtable mother, only encourages her attempts to find him a wealthy and socially ambitious bride of her choice.
However, Tobias, while coming to terms with his ministry as best he can, finds to his surprise and delight that a number of less than respectable ladies seem to take a shine to him.
Will Tobias resist his mother’s iron will to marry him off to a terrifying highest bidder? Will the naughty ladies in his life continue to deliver sensory recompense? And will he, amongst all the clerical and family pressures and lubricious temptations, manage to find true love?

New story
If I've been quiet over the winter, that's only because I've been busy writing! I'm delighted to say that I have not one but two new titles out with JMS books in the spring and early summer.
The first title is Shore Leave and I think it is my most romantic Historical Gay love story yet and is due for an April release.
Jacob Longley, Naval Lieutenant, is all at sea in the fashionable Bath Spa. As he attempts to steer his younger sister Letty through the social whirl with a close eye on her reputation, his striking looks can’t help but catch the attention of the exquisite Sebastian Fforde. Will either man break through the other’s reserve? And could their mutual attraction blossom into love?

I'm delighted to say that Shore Leave, my latest gay romance, is now out with JMS Books.
Set between fashionable 18th century Bath and the scenic Cotswolds, this a gentle and tender romance that I hope readers will enjoy.

New story
I’m pleased to say it’s going to be a busy summer for me as I have three new titles in successive months coming out with JMS books!
The first title is Earthly Bounties which is a follow up to my light-hearted 18th-century pastoral romp about a bemused young vicar with an eye for the ladies, The Tribulations of Tobias. As this is an erotic romance (I hasten to add it’s full of humour rather than hot and heavy!) this is under my author name of L. E Thomas. It is due for release on June 12th.
In the bucolic late eighteenth-century English countryside, the Reverend Tobias Whitmore, Vicar of St. Margaret’s, is happily settled with his lovely wife Lucy and their baby son Jamie. However, a chance trip for the couple to the genteel spa town of Bath provides up all sorts of unexpected opportunities for romps and frolics to Tobias’ eternal surprise.
Then the Whitmores’ dear friend Meg is out of sorts and unsure of direction in her prosperous life as a medium-grade courtesan. Her visit away to distract herself from her megrims takes to her to the seafaring city of Bristol to reunite with her good friend Betty. She also attracts the admiration of Merchant Seaman Alex Marriott. But is Alex all he seems? And should Meg risk her secure existence all on the dice of romance?
