Bill Kiley began his thirty-year law enforcement career as a Patrolman and, after serving in many assignments and ranks, he retired as a Deputy Police Chief. A Private in the New York Army National Guard, three years later Sergeant Kiley attended Officers Candidate School and was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant. After three decades of service in many command and staff positions, he retired as a Colonel from the U.S. Army.

A native of Brooklyn, New York, Bill resides on Long Island, New York, with his wife of fifty-five years, Kathy. Among his academic credentials: two Master of Science degrees; graduate of the F.B.I.
