I used to get really frustrated by it and try and push through the difficulty but I stopped when I realised it was my brain's way of trying to figure out what happens next in the story.

To deal with it, I take a break away from the computer and when I return, I move onto a different chapter. The answer usually comes when I'm not thinking about it.

Understanding my creative flow and how my blocks show up has been really important within my writing journey.(less)
