Though I suspect this is due to the book not being available in a Spanish translation or widely publicised in Spanish speaking countries including Colombia. I hope that my fellow Colombians will see the book for what it is - my love letter to my motherland and Los Cafeteros, and a journey to understand and explain the awful events on and off the pitch around USA '94. It's probably not so much a book for Colombians as for everyone else - who might not know the full influence of El Patrón on Colombia, and Colombian football, in the 1980s and 1990s.(less)
