Nathan John Franco has spent over thirteen years in the United States Army as a Combat Photographer and Videographer. It was his participation in, and witnessing of, realistic combat training in the military, as well as other aspect of the military lifestyle that allowed him to get the idea for his first published book: The Immortal War.

N.J. Franco was born in Derry New Hampshire in 1985 and has vague and sporadic memories from his childhood of having an interest in writing. However, it wasn’t until he was an adult that his interest in writing grew, and he even made three serious attempts to write a book with the intention on publishing them, but they all ultimately failed.
