Sharz Weeks has loved writing since he was a teenager. Something about weaving words together to paint pictures in peoples’ minds has always attracted him. Currently, he works in public health as an Epidemiologist, where he draws upon his work in equity and social justice for many of his literary projects. Writing has always been more of a hobby for him. But in August of 2020, he decided to publish his debut novel: Hartwood House.

Raised in New Mexico, Sharz spent most of his life in the southwestern state, admiring the beautiful landscape, culture, and artwork of his home.
