Bryn Smith is the author of the Magnus Nights series.

His writing is inspired by seven years working across government, national security and the armed forces, specialising in communications and technology.

Bryn released his debut novel, Magnus Nights: The Helios Incident, in 2021. A tech noir crime thriller, it was longlisted in the Hawkeye Manuscript Prize and the Chanticleer International Book Awards. The sequel, Magnus Nights: Leviathan is scheduled for release in 2022.

When he’s not writing, Bryn enjoys horse riding and blowing things up as a combat engineer.
