The Riddles of Epsilon: Above the Veil
|
|
“There are many wonders in this world that will remain quite beyond your reach unless, in fact, you reach for them.”
― The Riddles of Epsilon
― The Riddles of Epsilon
“There was no answer. I looked up.
Epsilon’s light shone out onto a picture on the wall.
A round picture in a square frame.
The golden symbol of O. The One. The symbol of perfection.
The symbol of eternity. The One without beginning or end.
The One who is the beginning and the end.
The One to whom time is meaningless. The One who could do whatever he wanted with time. What had Mrs. Shiling said, in the kitchen, a year ago?
“Time is nothing. Not to him. A moment in time. What is that t him?”
Quivering from head to toe, I stared up at that simple O.”

Thanks so much for adding me as a friend! I loved The Riddles of Epsilon and could hardly belive it when I saw you had requested to be my friend. I read your book in an evening and then bought it and read it out loud to my little brother. I didn't know about The Hunt for the Seventh untill now but I can't wait to read it as well. I know they say don't judge a book by its cover but just looking at the cover of The Hunt, it looks like a cool book. :)
At the risk of sounding like a copycat, thanks for requesting to be my friend! I loved The Riddles of Epsilon, as well! I'll have to look into your other novel. :)
