Hello everyone my name is Alan, and I am an avid reader of Horror. I am a trained City of London Guide, as well as a seasoned ghost hunter. My love of horror has its origins in my childhood, even back then I loved to listen to my Nan’s ghost stories, and despite being scared stupid by them, like a glutton for punishment, I always found myself coming back for more. When I turned 16 my mum, who was also a huge horror fan, introduced me to the works of James Herbert, I was immediately enthralled by his writing. After reading his book, The Ghosts of Sleath, I knew I wanted to follow in his footsteps and become a writer myself.

Another gripping read This is my second foray in to he rivers of London, and i must say I really enjoyed it, I read a lot of urban fantasy from the states, so it makes a nice change to read one from closer to home

Really good The haunted series is a great set of books with amazing character s, and a gripping narrative, highly recommend for anyone who likes a good ghost story.

My God this was good I'm a huge Necron fan, but often find them being watered down in most 40k fiction, not so in this book. The Necron's in this story are a near unstoppable force, one that even Rob Gill adults is unlike any enemy he has ever faced. ...more

This is one of those books while not a horror masterpiece, still somehow standout out to me. From the cover art, to the story itself, you will find yourself remembering this book longer after you have finished it.
