Vironika Wilde (pseudonym of Vironika Tugaleva) is a Ukrainian-born, Russian-indigenous poet, spoken word artist, activist, and workshop facilitator. Readers call her raw, honest, and willing to spill tough truths about trauma, society, and the human condition. In 2020, she released her debut poetry book, Love & Gaslight, and spoken word album, Too Much For You. Vironika’s words have appeared in The New York Times, Newsweek, Forbes, Bustle, Psych Central, Insight Timer app, Poetry Pause, Stanza, Book Riot, Canthius Magazine, Room Magazine, and poets.ca. When Vironika isn't writing, she loves getting lost, looking at the stars, singing to her kids, and eating pickles (sometimes, all at once). ...more
