Debra grew up being inspired by her parents' love of books and telling of stories. During her over twenty-year career as a teacher and librarian, Debra was known for her ability to create original stories enjoyed by all ages and her animated reading style when performing a read aloud. Debra’s first book The Three Little Kittens and the Big Bad Dog was added to the official library of NKLA Pet Adoption Center in West Hollywood. Debra has a great love for all animals but holds a special place in her heart for dogs and dolphins.
