Katherine Robinson is a writer and editor who has been in love with writing stories ever since she could hold a pen. Her passion is to provide young people (and anyone else, for that matter!) with clean, imaginative stories that exhibit good triumphing over evil. Her influences include writers such as C.S. Lewis (Chronicles of Narnia) and Andrew Peterson (Wingfeather Saga). Katherine also runs an editing business, R&R Editing, together with her husband. When she’s not writing or editing, she enjoys nature hikes, good books, and board games. Katherine now lives in Calhoun, GA, with her husband, Matthew, and their frisbee-loving black Lab named Lottie.

My feet feel the familiar rhythm, freeing up my mind to begin working around a problem without me having to worry about getting lost. I've found doing something physical—if not a walk, then stretching or gardening or the like—helps me get out of a mental block and back into writing. If I keep feeling stuck, I write on pen and paper instead of on my laptop, or I type out a placeholder until I can get writing again (and I usually think of one of my favorite movie lines from Finding Forrester—"punch the keys!").(less)

You can change it, go back to it, or it may even lead to a different story you never expected.(less)
