This is an average figure, and I have a fixed early morning writing ritual at the end of which, I enter my word total into an excel sheet. Every week, I look at the average and aim to keep it at 300+. Some days, the words flow. Other days, 50 is a stretch! That's life. The nice thing is that at 300 words/day, you'll have a 200 page book in 4 months! It adds up.(less)
