Wow. What a page turner. Gruesome but a compelling read. I've read four or five of his books and will eventually read them all. He knows how to reveal the gritty dark side of human nature. Dialogue is great. Suspenseful but not for the squeamish. ...more

Another great story by Erik Larson. It starts out kind of slow but really picks up speed about half way through. I don't think you can go wrong with any of his books, unless you don't like history. ...more
