Michala is the managing director of Cybility Consulting Ltd working as a freelance Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) advisor and information governance and security consultant.

She has a classical music degree and has had an eclectic career including setting up and running her own computer game shop and managing 3 internet cafes at Gatwick airport.

This was followed by over 20 years in the field of Information Technology doing hands-on work in technical support roles and project management.
