Alisa H. Klinger, author of The Perfect Move, has worn many hats before putting on her author’s cap. They include New York City teacher—Talented and Gifted Specialist—and New York State Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker. This is her debut novel.
Everyone starts somewhere, and for Alisa it began with making up bedtime stories for her two wonderful sons. Alisa has always enjoyed creating stories where she puts herself in other people’s shoes. This passion has helped her create colorful,
well-developed characters that readers truly become

Peek A Boo! Those Eyes..Deciding On The Cover For The Perfect Move

I looked at many covers when deciding on my cover. It was The Great Gatsby’s cover, especially the eyes that drew my attention. The Great Gatsby is one of my favorite books. My own book has a great deal of Gatsby references throughout so, I thought it would be fun to have a shout out or Easter egg (if you will) to Gatsby as part of my cover design!! Of course I had to pick the eyes!!!
