Randina Sheldon is a trauma and abuse survivor who shares her story and healing through art and writing. She advocates for the breakdown of societal norms that enable and contribute to CSA and SA, especially within familial and romantic relationships.
Her first book, face: a poetry and art collection, serves as a battle cry for survivors everywhere.

Her second book, until it doesn’t hurt was released January 11th, 2023.

One year ago this month…

my book went out into the world. Several times in the process, I got cold feet; wondering if I was making the right decision in sharing my story. I was scared what people would think, how they would receive it, and scared of my abusers finding out. But I knew I couldn’t hide any longer, and I felt if I was ever going to find my people, this would be my best attempt.
I did not hold back.
