Damon Wells is a career Army officer with 30 years of military service, having commanded organizations from the Battery to the Brigade level and served as a staff officer at 4-star commands. A graduate of the Army War College with a Master’s in Strategic Studies and a Master’s in Kinesiology from Texas A&M, Damon has deployed multiple times to Iraq, Afghanistan, and Kuwait in leadership roles. His work focuses on leadership under pressure, team dynamics, and applying military leadership principles to corporate and organizational settings.

He lives in Basehor, Kansas.
