I am Leo, Gryffindor, first born, yogi and a huge fan of kids. I am a mother, a grandmother and a reader of everything from newspapers to novels to children's books. I am an English major, a teacher, a retired lawyer and a writer. My favorite author right now is Colson Whitehead--but that changes from time to time!--and my favorite children’s picture book is Madeline. My favorite line from my favorite poem is “There is a community of the spirit….join it and feel the delight….” (Rumi)
